INTRODUCTION-PANACHE

GROUP After being successful in industries like FMCG and Retail, we are now venturing into educational sector.

We plan to introduce ourselves as Gyan Darshan in this sector. What is Gyan Darshan - A premier institute in India which provides teachers to students as per their requirement.

THE NAME- GYAAN DARSHAN

Gyaan Darshaan is a hindi term, where gyaan means education and darshan means sight or receiving. We chose the name Gyaan Darshan as it means receiving the education and we believe that every student is entitled to excellent education, which Gyaan Darshan aims to provide.

WHY GYAN DARSHAN?

The students will no longer have to bear the headache of finding a tutor who can teach them the subject they want to study correctly. The students can choose from numerous teachers according to the fee and experience of teacher which will be provided to them by Gyan Darshan

PRICING POLICY & FEE STRUCTURE

Rs. 150 would be the registration charges for school goers, Rs.300 for college goers, per subject. From students till class 9th upon selecting a teacher through us, they would be charged Rs.500. For students from class 10th-12th, Rs.1000 would be charged if they select a teacher from our panel. For college-goers, Security money would be taken for first 10 classes. Rs. 50 would be charged for first 24 classes.

CONTD.

For language, price would be Rs.600 for students till class 9th , Rs.1100 for students of class 10th12thand Rs. 1300 for college-goers. From all the teachers who are recruited by us 20% would be charged on their first two months salary.

CUSTOMER BASE

Students who are taking up entrance or competitive exams. Students completing their studies from open schools. Regular school and college going students.

PROMOTIONAL STRATEGIES
Organizing workshop and seminars in schools. Distribution of Pamphlets outside institutes, exam centres. Advertisments on local cable channels and newspapers. SMS-ing students by taking their numbers in workshops and seminars organized. As we mature we will publish our books in few subjects, written by best teachers of our organization. Using Parent Brand to promote Gyan Darshan.

BUSINESS MODEL

Each student who registers with us, is promised that he/she will get the tutor in 2 weeks. Student signs a contract with Gyan Darshan that he cannot leave the teacher before 3 months or vice versa. Students can select the teachers on two basisprices or educational qualifications/experience. Students pay the money to the organization[teachers salary] for first 3 months.

BUSINESS MODEL

We will contact school teachers to be on our staff list, this will also help in promotion of our oganization Our office will be in North Delhi and as we see profits seeping in, we will expand to NCR region also Greater Noida and Faridabad.

We also plan to open up our own college/institute as we grow more.
