Summarize of cases 1-3: Jason Tybell Jason Tybell has been employed as a junior accountant at Rodgers & Philips for two years. The problem came out when in his second year of his employment - he will not serve on the audit engagement of this client as well. Jason made a sarcastic comment to the officer manager about the lack of organization of the computer files and records - Who set up this system, a five year old? Jason said that he was just kidding because he thought the office manager had a good sense of humor. As a result, Jakson was not asked Jason to work on the current years audit of two clients that he worked on during his first year.

Responsibility is about our reason and freedom to choose to make us morally autonomous for our action and decisions. We are accountable for what we do and what we are.

If I am wrong - take a several action to make clean my name. If I am not wrong - could be that the environment and the cultures work at the Rodgers & Philips is not suitable for me. I will try my best to solve the problem first before make the decision to simply quit from the company.
