LEGAL FRAMEWORK
Grievances include any discontent and dissatisfaction experienced by an employee In 1982, the Industrial disputes act, 1947 was amended to include chapter- II-B, section 9C 50 or more workers-Grievance settlement authority Worker / Trade union will have to go for the prescribed manner for settle 5/5/12 the grievance
ADVANTAGES
