Mergers & demergers is very common. Cut throat competition in the market. Company needs to capture customers confidence. HRD dept gives induction training. Training needs money, time and effort. Skill gap The question here is whether the organization should spent money on training people? Or will it stop training its people with a presumption that the employee may leave after acquiring new skills or will it take a chance?.
Challenges of training
1.Schedule Employees taking much time for training rather than their duties . Scheduling multiple small training sessions. Offering training: non classroom based methods like CBT, information hand outs, short training modules. 2. Cost Decreasing expenses to maintain healthy profit. Cost should be kept in mind and decreased according to the revenue made by the company.
3. Rapid changes Fast changing technology ,corporate initiative and programs. Difficult to prepare training materials and deliver training. For more advanced training: On the job training or computer based modules can be created. Establish training systems-training more effective for time sensitive issues.

-Delegates Not Bought In -Inadequate facilities or technology. -Delegates tired or bored. -No Real- World Transfer
Conclusion
Developing next generation of leaders and workers to
meet performance requirements. Cost is the key factor in any potential solution. Large employee workloads and intense customer demands makes it difficult for the organization to carve out the time to appropriately train and mentor. It is a primary human capital challenge.
