In other words, ICT consists of IT as well as telecommunication, broadcast media, all types of audio and video processing and transmission and network based control and monitoring functions.

With the help of video/ audio devices ,now meeting is not restricted to a room. They have there meeting through video conferencing. Where the virtual presence of manger is needed. E-mail and SMS help in circulating information, more easy and in a effective way. There is no need to take round or to appoint a supervisor to monitor the employees. CCTV and biometric devices will help the manger to monitor the employees.
