Before go to the site

1. Preparation of LB (Link budget)

Have to get LB for concerned hop from reliance

2. Confirmation of site access Have to coordinate with Reliance for smooth site access 3. Entrance key Have to confirm the entrance key of shelter as well as gate 4. Delivery of Materials Have to confirm the delivery of concerned materials

5. Pre Site Survey (If possible)

1. Entrance permission - 1

Have to get site entrance permission from Reliance it maybe will be Confirmed by phone
(2. Entrance permission 2) Have to get site entrance permission from owner of building

Before power off of existing system (Pasolink V4)

1. Confirmation of RSL and E1 usage by LCT or PNMT

Confirm the exact RSL and check actual E1 Usage

Replacement of IDU
1. Power of the existing system (Paslink V4)

2. Power of the NFB for item no.1

3. Removal power, grounding, E1 cable and IF cable 4. Replacement of IDU (iPasolink) 5. Replacement of power connector for iPasolink from Molex of V4 6. Replacement of IF connector from N-Type to TNC for iPasolink 7. Confirm the short circuit of IF cable and polarity of power cable 8. Fixing of IF cable, grounding Cable and power cable to iPasolink

9. Fixing of MDR<->D-Sub cable to IDU and connection of D-Sub cable

Replacement of ODU
1. Removal of water proofing from existing IF cable

2. Removal of grounding cable

3. Removal of IF cable 4. Removal of existing ODU(V4) 5. Confirm the existing polarization with LB 6. Confirm the polarization of new ODU (iPasolink) 7. Fixing of ODU, grounding cable and IF cable 8. Make new water proofing for IF cable with connector

After power on of new equipment

1. Connection of LCT 1) 172. 17.254.253/weblct 2) User Admin PW 12345678 2. Confirm the RSL with LB 1) if difference is more than 3dB, have to re-align the antenna 3. Set-up of ATPC Value with LB 1) Default setting is MTPC in order to confirm the RSL 3. Check CLK setting 1) Set to Master or Slave 4. Setting of E1 Usage 1) Same as existing V4 usage, if there are some un-usage E1, Have to set it un-used

1. Confirm the link-up of existing BTS with NOC of Reliance

2. Clean-up the insider of shelter as well as around shelter

3. Leave from site permission Have to confirm the no any alarms in system from Reliance it maybe will be Confirmed by phone
