OUR MISSION
Music City Fes val and BBQ Championship celebrates the music in Music City and features a Tennessee State BBQ compe on on the last weekend in August. During a two-day period, we host live music in downtown Nashville and Amateur and Professional BBQ teams who compete on a level sanc oned by the Memphis BBQ Network and Kansas City BBQ Society. Music City Fes val and BBQ Championship embraces the spirit of Nashville with an extensive network of volunteers and over $20,000 in dona ons to charity over the past two years. The 2011 Fes val will bene t Shriner's Children's Hospital and Hands On Nashville. Our Swine Ball pre-event on July 28 will bene ts STARS (Students taking A Right Stand) Nashville and the T J Martell Founda on.
