AMAIAS HOUSE

Who I am?
I am an architect who is very knonw and succeed. I work designing houses for famous and very rich people, for example, I designed the house of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. This morning I want to explain how I did desing this beautiful house that consist on mixing two different styles: rural extrerior, but decorated with modern and good technology and furniture.

My customer
My new customer is Amaia Gomez, a famous star that works as an actress. She got in contact with me by tlking with my other customers; they avdised her to contact with me to do her new house. She asked for a rural house, but modern at the same time; I agreed because that style of house is a very singular one and I wanted to try doing it as T never have donde something similar. Now I am going to explain you something about: - THE FAMILY - THE HOUSE - THE FURNITURE - THE COST - QUESTIONS -

The family
The first point to talk about is the family; it is formed by four young girls. They are very good friends and each one has different hobbies, so one room has not nothing in common with another one. For moving in the city, they have a car ( a mini cooper), a motorbike ( vespa ), and two bicycles. The music- photography room: -

The house
OK, now were are going to talk about the house. It is a very big house, divided into three floors. I am going to explain how the house is room by room:
The first floor: - THE KITCHEN:

Second floor
The second floor contains the most special room in all the house as the cinema or the music- photgraphy room. There is a bedroom too, we could call it the main bedroom because is Amaias one.

In this floor there are the bedroomsfor the rest of the friends, there is no more rooms except the bathroom and dresser.

The furniture
Right, now I would like to explain how the furniture is. The furniture used is very traditional in general, but I have used very scandalous colors for painting the walls; for example, the wall of zebra and the pink room. I love that type of walls; in my oipnion, they encourage the house. I have chosen some classic furniture as the armchair in the third floor, for example. So, in conclusion, the colors used are funny and scandalous.

The cost
Of course, we must not forget the cost of the house; I think that the house may have a high cost because of the furniture and the variety of rooms it contains, as the cinema. That house only could be bought by people that have a high level of life. To sum up, I must say that the house is near the middle of the city, in the richest neighborhood, so that increases the final cost. In conclusion, this house is very beautiful in in my opinion and the cost is of 1 million of dollards.
