studied 160 claims adjusters emotional intelligence of the claims adjuster was correlated with customer satisfaction The higher the emotional intelligence of the claims adjuster, the more likely that the customer was to be satisfied The more strong the employee is with his emotions to tackle an angry customer the more likely satisfied the customer is.
