Motivated employees are very important for any business to grow. The reason why people have jobs is to earn income. The more income the more the more benefits the employee will have. 3 key factors of what workers are best motivated by was, better communication between managers and workers, greater manager involvement, and working in groups or teams. Mayo and Taylor are the choice of best motivation theories due to both the employee and employer are satisfied by meeting the employees needs and wages, also productivity level increases.
