I am a Street Child..
FACTS about us: 100-140 million street children world-wide. 100-300 million working children world-wide. To count 140 million street children it may take u 4yrs & 5mts(1 street child count=per sec) STREET TALK with them revealed some heart- broking facts A Boy is living on streets as he dont want to become a burden to his family. Another says to fulfill his hunger he begs on streets. One more lad tells that he dont have enough time to study as he has to work hard to feed his belly.

Rights and laws affecting street children


Right to the highest level of health possible Right to education, Protect

children from engaging in work that

constitutes a threat to their health, education or development.


Set minimum wages for employment. No child should be subjected to torture, cruelty,

punishment, life imprisonment or unlawful arrest.

Conclusion
How will this study help us? So many people have come & talked to us. But what have they done for us??? These are the words come out from a heart -broken unwanted child of nation.
