US Congress(Bio-fuels Act) will restrict manufacture of Single fuel vehicles by 2016,and it has a 25 Billion $ fund for such projects. PRODUCT(S) AND ITS SOURCING

Ethanol based Buses, Bikes and Cars. Launched on a Pilot basis in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore. Cars and Bikes are Priced keeping in Mind the taste and Preferences of the average consumer in these cities. Development starts after the Product is approved from the Govt of India. Subject to Govt Approval as it needs legislation changes. Imports would be 20k units for cars, 40K units for Bikes and 5k Units for Buses.

PRODUCT DIFFERENTIATION AND PRICING.

135,000 up to 350,000 and Bikes are in the range of 45,000 to 60,000. 4. Existing 4 wheelers can be converted into compatible vehicles for costs from 6000 up to 10,000. 5. In US, there are currently 10 million cars, Sweden has launched Public Buses of such type. Brazil has a fleet of 93% of such fuel driven Automobiles.

Currently US and Brazil combined has fleet of 10 Million cars, 183.3 thousand bikes. US ethanol production has reduced the Retail prices of Gasoline by about 1.5 US $. In 2008 Chrysler, General Motors, and Ford pledged to manufacture 50 percent of their entire vehicle line as Ethanol based in model by year 2012.

type fuel use increased from 3.7% to 5.4%.

In the world, Approx size of such vehicles is around 1.5 Million compared to 200,000 units in 2001. Such vehicles are mostly found in US and Brazil. India can replace all of its vehicle fleet with Ethanol based automobiles, so the expected size is as much as our existing fleet of cars and bikes.
