Statement of the Problem
As is know in Venezuela are increasingly works projects and social services that are made to small, medium or large scale, these projects must go through a series of procedures before being carried out, in the Sucre state is the Council Regional government Federal agency responsible for the receipt and approval of such projects, officials periodically Federal Council of Sucre state government are directed to different municipalities that make up the state to discuss projects or to conduct audits.

Today the municipal area of the Sucre state Paria not have an automated information system that permits statistical control on the evolution of the project of works and social services they perform. Similarly, the pilot institution taken for conducting this research (Mayor of the Libertador Municipality) does not escape this problem. In view of the above is what is proposed to develop a computer system for statistical control, determine the evolution of the various project of works and social services in different Bolivarian mayors Paria Area performing monitoring and statistical control of these. With the aim to remedy the problem that causes the current manual control is carried out.
