The store manager and employee should willingly reduce the communication gap among themselves which can be done by conducting weekly meetings. As the enthusiasm of the employees witnessed were very casual at workplace , fun programs, rewards, employee of the month should be carried out. The employees should be given a training session which concentrates on the basic English used while making a sale (Greeting the customer , customer query, How may I assist you?)

Employees at Big bazaar should use the right mode of communication among themselves as the customer makes a keen notice of that. Basic infrastructure facilities at Big bazaar should be at par with the basic need of the employees ie changing rooms, washrooms.

Take Aways
Employee Branding concept is still in its growing stage. Every employee desire for recognition for his/her work. Employee Branding is a continuous procedure. Along with the companies growth they should also plan the employees career growth within the organization.
