Procedure
NH offers the cheapest healthcare facilities among private hospitals in India, and the cost of treatment here is only about 20-25% of that at any hospital based in the US and other developed countries.

Due to such high reductions in costs, healthcare becomes much more easily accessible to people, both Indians and foreigners. This itself acts as a promotion strategy for NH.

NH follows the Product Concept. Innovative procedures like Tele-Medicine and Innovative products like Digital X-Rays have not only helped reduce costs, but they have helped NH beat the competition in India.
PLAN OF ACTION
An initiative to revamp the healthcare facilities to the population of CSMN district (Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Nagar district) that is spread across 3800 Sq. Km with a population of 2.4 million.
Dr. Devi Shetty conceptualized the Yeshasvini Health Scheme, a healthcare scheme for the rural masses to access quality healthcare at a nominal amount of Rs 5 (11 cents) per month
The main purpose is to provide effective health care to the entire rural population in the country.
