advised for washing ,cleaning etc. works involving the use of water . Raw materials used in the manufacture of the drugs are authentic of prescribed quality & are free from contamination. 2. The manufacturing process has been prescribed to maintain the standard. 3. Adequate quality control measures are adopted. 4. The manufactured drug which is released for sale is of acceptable quality.

evolve methodology & procedure for following the prescribed process of manufacture of drugs, which should be documented as a manual & kept for references & inspection. Building used for the factory shall conform the conditions laid down in the factories Act,1948. Factory premises should have minimum covered area of 1200 sq.ft.

The quality control will be as per the prescribed pharmacopeial standards of ASU drugs. However where tests are not available, the test is enforced according to the manufacturers specification or other information available may be given.
