A typical project execution scenario at Prodigy Infomatics is as follows : The project begins with the identification of a Project Manager. A distinct Knowledge Transfer phase occurs in the beginning with the Pre Sales passing on the information about the project and pre-contract interactions to the Project Manager. Project Manager forwards resource requests (human resources, training and hardware/software) to the respective groups. A Project Leader, responsible for development activities, and a Quality Leader, responsible for internal quality assurance, is identified. Depending on the size of the project there could one or more Project Leaders and Quality Leaders.
A detailed project plan is prepared.
