This category includes persons living in the streets without a shelter that would fall within the scope of living quarters; (b) Secondary homelessness. This category may include persons with no place of usual residence who move frequently between various types of accommodations (including dwellings, shelters and institutions for the

Since when the family or individuals became

homeless or just move to one place or another?


They are originally from Zambales, and then

transferred to Arellano, next to Lourdes, lastly, at Salapungan. They have transferred in Pampanga due to her aunt.
What are the reasons of being homeless?
Due to poverty, they dont have a permanent place

to live in.
What are the occupations of the parents?
Before, his parents were waiter and waitress, but

currently they are unemployed.

Do they live in a good dwelling?


No, they are not living in a good place. He has also

mentioned that they dont have a complete setting of it.


Any issues or concerns of being homeless?
Colds and fever.

Age: 9 years old and 12 y/o


Province: Pampanga Siblings: 6 (2 deceased ) Parents Occupation: Unemployed

They have been living on the streets of the sidegate for

a quite number of time.


What are the reasons of being homeless?
Poverty.

What are the occupations of the parents?


Their father is unemployed while their mother was ill

(Tuberculosis)
Do they live in a good dwelling?
They are living on a house out of wood if they are with

their parents. But they are now only living on the streets.

How many are they on the family?


They have said that they were six, unfortunately the two have

died, one due to miscarriage and the other died due to intestinal parasitism(?).
Any issues or concerns of being homeless?
Sometimes the money that they have collected was being

stolen by the other street children. They are also lacking food in their house, thats why they prefer being on the streets. They are experiencing fever and colds, and they have told us that they have been infected with colds with each other

Since when the family or individuals became

homeless or just move to one place or another?


He became homeless since he was nine years old.

What are the reasons of being homeless?


First their house was burned down, followed by the

death of his parents. Then he was lured by his fathers enemy in Pampanga.
What are the occupations of the parents?
They are both deceased

Do they live in a good dwelling?


No, they are only living in the streets

Any issues or concerns of being homeless?

Common colds and fever.
