Area covered is 30% of the city. Justification for allocation of area: Economy of any city mostly based on Industry sector like we included IT, Food Industry,Garment,Fabrication Industry, Paper Industry and also Media.

Area covered is 3 times of total area. Justification for allocation of area: We used this sector for Tidal energy which we are getting from sea-shore.

Area covered is 25% of the city. Justification for allocation of area: In this area, we covered all needed factors required to city people like Education, Parks & amusement, Banks, Hospital, Sport Complex.

Area covered is 16.66% of the city. Justification for allocation of area: This area comes under the region in which basic needs for living are covered like Building, Banglow, Row House.

Area which comes between all sectors somes under this sector. Justification for allocation of area: Includes Public and Private Transport. Public sector includes Normal bus & Double decker Bus, Electric trains because we are getting the electricity from Wind mills. For the less consumption of fuel we have included in Private sector Bicycles,Eco-friendly car and Diesel car.
