To be a Research and development based manufacturing organization to address unsolved problems innovatively dedicated in the field of conventional, alternate energy and energy conservation technology with objective of improving environment.

ABOUT SHRID BIO DIESEL

Developed in-house technology for fuel additives. Commercial Production at Ahmednagar, with an installed capacity of 15,000lits/month. R&D and business operations in Pune.

Expansion and development of new products on the anvil.

SHRID BIODIESEL is managed professionally in the corporate discipline with the help of following experts: Dr. Namjoshi: PhD. in organic chemistry with research
experience of over 30years out of which, 5years in USA on fuel additives, natural products etc; One of the important persons in the set-up.

Dr.P.Chandrchood: Son of leading scientist


Dr.S.Chandrachood, responsible for the design and idea of our current product. Junior Chandrachood responsible for setting up new laboratory, systems under the guidance of seniors. He is in-charge in developing some of our key products in pipeline.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. Shashikant Kulkarni: A techno-commercial


person with over 40years of experience in handling projects from concept stage to selection & costing of equipments, electrical, erection & commissioning and finally handling the project as a profit centre with vision for expansion, selection of required manpower, cost &cost control methods. Exposure in errection & commissioning of 1000MT/year solvent extraction and refinery coupled with exposure in other fields is a great strength for the organization for its dream project.

Mr. Sudhir Joshi: Spearheading the financial controls of the organization like budgetary controls, audits, controlling overheads etc. A Chartered accountant by profession with over 30years of experience in practice is in-charge of fund management and control.

Mr. Shriyash Kulkarni: An engineering graduate coupled with a management degree from Indias top 10 management institute S.I.B.M. Shriyash has got a, 7 years of combined experience in manufacturing, marketing and banking before starting his own venture. Now an entrepreneur he has brought the company crossing a quarter of a million dollar turnover just in three years. His vision and ambition are good driving force to propel the company into a world class organization.

WONDERS OF SHRID BIODIESEL!


Shrid Biodiesel has three in-house developed products in its fold:

Diesel Fuel Additive: (WONDER-D) this improves the performance of the diesel.
Fuel Oil Visbreaker Additive: (WONDER-FL) this improves the flow and burning characteristics of Fuel oil replacing the usage of costly LDO in furnaces and other fired equipments.

Fuel Oil Efficiency Improver: (WONDER-EFF) this conditions the fuel oil to burn with higher efficiency.

BASIC ACTION OF WONDER?


WONDER weakens bonds between the hydrogen and carbon atoms, so that dissociation takes place faster. Rearrange the hydrocarbon molecule by attaching oxygen molecule to the weakened carbon structure. Control of microbial contamination of wet fuel.

WONDER-EFF

Utilization of Sludge : WONDER-EFF penetrates into the sludge, which is usually settled at the bottom of the fuel storage tank and in fuel lines.

Improved Combustion : Combustion is improved through:a) 10-11% oxygen in WONDER-EFF. b) Better atomization.

Breaking the double bonds in long chain hydrocarbon molecules into shorter chain molecules, which have a lower ignition temperature and burn easily. This increases the exposure of the fuel to air and the fuel is thus burnt with reduced formation of soot and smoke. After a period of consistent use of WONDEREFF it will be observed that less excess air will be required in the combustion process.

STABLE AND HOTTER FLAME: Deposits on burner nozzles are eliminated, resulting in obtaining a flame that is stable, hotter and properly directed. FUEL ECONOMY: Carbon dioxide in the flue gases shows an increase of about 6-10%. Stack temperature is lowered by about 1012%. There is an economy in fuel consumption to the tune of 5-25% which more than recovers the cost of WONDEREFF

REDUCED MAINTENANCE: The necessity for frequent cleaning, maintenance and overhauling is reduced, as also the down time.

WONDER-D

The closer the piston is to Top Dead Center (on the combustion stroke) the higher the pressure & temperature, and the greater the resulting detrimental forces on upper cylinder components. Eventually the Compression Ring wears an indentation into the cylinder wall, at TDC. This spot receives the least lubrication. This is the "Lubrication Gap" in all internal combustion engines. WONDER-D "Bridges the Lubrication Gap". Some of these Synthetic Esters survive combustion and attach themselves to all metal surfaces within the area of the Upper Cylinders.

Long term effects of WONDER-D start appearing


after several weeks of continuous use, and the engine begins to run noticeably smoother. This modifiers continues to deposit themselves on the metal surfaces, in the boundary layer on the upper over a period of months.

WONDER-D de-carbonizes the engine. Un-burnt carbon particles act as abrasive material & are significantly responsible for engine wear. WONDER-D clears the engine of un-burnt carbon residue completely. Continuous use of WONDER-D prevents deposition of carbon particles & increases the life of engine. .

WONDER-D provides higher lubrication 93%, ( diesel being 33%& Fo still lesser) thus reduces wear and tear of engine increasing the engine life in the process.

WONDER-D improves the ignition properties thereby increasing the Cetane number resulting in better performance of engine.

WONDER-D reduces downtime of the vehicle, thus adding to profitability.

POLLUTION

The fuel modifier has various positive effects over the detrimental pollution parameters like SOx, NOx, Un-burnt hydrocarbons, CO and CO2. Analysis was done by third party environment approved laboratory by Endurance Technologies. Two samples each before adding modifier and two samples each after adding modifier were taken. Sample of flue gases was taken at source from the furnace. Samples were taken at a gap of 8 hrs from each other in both pre and post blending scenario.
