Access to a talent pool on required skills sets. It offers Staffing flexibility- Managing short-term and temporary business needs. Training facilitation: Need analysis, programme development and coordination. Style: Ample Venture follows both top down and bottom up approach. All the major decision is decided by the top management and the information is sent down and at the same time good ideas and suggestions is seriously considered during decision making. At Ample venture, all the employees follow the HR system that is one of the main systems
at ample venture. There are various types of tasks for different employees it contributes to organisations effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its objectives. At Ample Venture the HR system includes counselling, training and recruitment.

Staff:

The total number of employees or staffs is 18. They are involved in different tasks such as 8
eight employees for recruitment, 5 for training &development and 5 for counselling. The coordination between the staff member is good which makes the organization effective

SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH Since Ample is an emerging organization we give individual attention & quality service to our clients. We can change direction quickly if we find that our marketing is not working We have little overhead, so can offer good value to customers We are able to give really good customer care, as the current small amount of work means we have plenty of time to devote to customers Since the employees have freedom to work, they take decisions within their framework which will result in quicker closure of positions We are able to respond very quickly as we have no red tapism nor require any Management approval, etc. WEAKNESSES We have a small staff with a shallow skills base in many areas We are vulnerable to vital staff being sick, leaving, etc. Our cash flow will be unreliable in the early stages

Opportunities: Our business sector is expanding, with many future opportunities for success. Our competitors may be slow to adopt new technologies. Threats A small change in focus of a large competitor might wipe out any market position we achieve. Developments in technology change in this market my be beyond our ability to adapt?

Objectives of the Project:

To understand how well the employees of the organization are engaged. To understand how the organization can better support them in their jobs and provide them opportunities for professional and personal development. To know which are the critical areas which needs to be addressed in the organization so that the employees are happy at their work.

Findings As Per the above analysis it seems that most of the Employees of Ample Venture are engaged. Except few Employees who are Not Engaged and few who are nearly engaged. Can be changed to an Engaged Employee by their supervisors through proper planning. Suggestions Organisation should communicate clear goals and expectations to their employees. Job rotation and multitasking should be given to employees to avoid boredom. Company should always evaluate and measure job satisfaction. Company should encourage open communication within the organisation. Provide constant feedback on the positives Focus on the incentives of the employee; it should be increased according to the level of work performed. Sense of belonging should be created, they are the non- work activities that foster relationships and increases employee engagement.

Learning Experience

It was really a great experience for me to work with them and learn a the activities related to HR. Learned recruitment life cycle , starting from sourcing the CV to the end recruitment process and other function of HR & Handling clients. The company gave me a general idea of the working of the consultancy.
