Crisis press and Issues/Incident Management:

Avoid the crisis culture by having a written Plan - out of hours numbers, key contacts, insurers, lawyers - decide spokespeople in advance ie Chair, Curator, Artistic Director etc - identify issues eg Health & Safety, political, religious, personal Establish a no-blame culture Have a reputation management working group
