There is security in obedience.

John 14:21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them. Without full submission, one cannot fully obey God's word. Full submission to Christ, brings sensitivity and revelation. Daniel 9:4-5 4 I prayed to the LORD my God and confessed: Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and keep his commandments, 5 we have sinned and done wrong. We have been wicked and have rebelled; we have turned away from your commands and laws.

Confession and TRUE repentance brings freedom.

Repentance- (metanoia) - Amendment of life. The change of mind of those who have begun to abhor their errors and misdeeds, so that it embraces both a recognition of sin and sorrow for it and hearty amendment. : to turn from sin and dedicate oneself to the amendment of one's life .

Amendment- : to put right. To change or modify for the better. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Where there is partially obeyed scripture, there is SELF WILLED purpose.

2 Peter 3:17 Therefore, dear friends, since you have been forewarned, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from your secure position. Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what Gods will ishis good, pleasing and perfect will. 2 Corinthians 4:4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Proverbs 20:28 Love and faithfulness keep a king safe; through love his throne is made secure.

Proverbs 14:16 The wise fear the LORD and shun evil, but a fool is hotheaded and yet feels secure.

Colossians 1:16-18
by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. 18And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

God. 21And he straightly charged them, and commanded them to tell no man that thing; 22Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.

Jesus Christ was the first and only to persist, above all, through the power of God for the forgiveness of sin.
