RFC was Started on 17th January, 1955 under the SFCs act

1951 The main aim is for providing long term financial support to tiny, small scale and medium scale industries in the State of Rajasthan. RFC had 37 branches, 5 sub offices and 2 zonal offices Total No of employees 823 Amount sanctioned: Rs 2000 to 20 crores Not using Tally for computerized Accounts

Training starts on 9:30 to 6:00 Guidance by the Deputy managers and Managers Reading the secret files of the loan document & other

documents of RFC Ask doubts about the operations of RFC Do the works given by the managers

Giving suggestions for the betterment of RFC Do the work of updating the financial analysis of the

branches

Ask doubts to the concerned departments
Read P.G of RFC Sometimes go to the library and read English news

paper and Magazine In free time Go to the officers cabine and talk with them and gain knowledge what ever I want

Introduce fully computerization in the H.O and

branches Reduce the administrative expenses Cut the C class employees Appoint c class employees in the contract basis More customer interaction Give first time 50% of the disbursement amount to good borrowers.
