The consequences of (OCB) such as Organizational performance and effectiveness have been studied well [14], but the antecedents to these behaviors having negative effect is not well established [1, 4]. Organizational Silence is a new construct having negative impacts in relation to (OCB) [9, 4], which in higher education environment yet to be investigated [4]. (OC) will be checked as mediating variable as it can affect the relationship [4]. So this study will look into the relationship between (OS), (OCB) and the mediating role of (OC).
