a flushing toilet and gas lamps were found in the house.The house had only two
rooms. One room was for the bedroom, and the other for cooking, eating, washing.
Most houses had 7 rooms, a kitchen, scullery, parlour, dining room, drawing
room, nursery, master bedroom and maids room.
