shepherds of Gerar Valley quarreled with Isaac's shepherds and claimed the water
belonged to them. So this well was named “Quarrel,” because they had quarreled
with Isaac. Isaac's servants dug another well, and the shepherds also quarreled
about it. So that well was named “Jealous.”
Слуги Исаака стали копать в долине и открыли там колодец с родниковой
водой, но герарские пастухи затеяли ссору с пастухами Исаака, говоря: «Это
наша вода!» Он назвал колодец Есек , потому что они спорили с ним.
Then he set up camp, and his servants started digging a well. - И раскинул там
шатер свой, и выкопали там рабы Исааковы колодезь.
