SummaryThe article discusses the motivation as one of the most important human resource
management functions. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature highlighted the nature
and structure of the motivational process. It is emphasized that the main motivation mechanism
are available in the arsenal of the head of management. Particular attention is given to methods
of material and non-material motivation of human resources in today's organizations, both
