ЛЕЧЕБНЫЕ СВОЙСТВА КОСТОЧЕК ВИНОГРАДА И
ВИНОГРАДНОГО МАСЛА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

АННОТАЦИЯ
В статье приводится обзор литературы по лечебным
свойствам виноградных косточек и их масла. Косточки винограда,
благодаря содержащимся в них биологически активным
веществам, в основном проантоцианидам обладают рядом
полезных свойств. Определены антиоксидантные, противовос-
палительные, антиангиогенические, иммуномодуляторные, про-
тивоастматические, антитромботические свойства экстрактов
семян винограда. Экстракты виноградных семян, благодаря
проантоцианидам и эпигаллокатехинам обладают противоопухо-
левыми, антиангиогеническими, анти-метастатическими нейро-
протективными свойствами. Выявлены гипотензивные, гипогли-
кемические, антидиабетические и другие свойства. Масло
виноградных косточек, кроме того, что являются пищевым
маслом является перспективным лечебным средством. Благодаря
наличию биологически активных веществ масло виноградных
воздействие при язвенном колите – [205, p.896; 73, p.1082; 42, p.975;
219, p.518]. Экстракт виноградных семечек оказывает терапевти-
ческое воздействие при воспалительных состояниях в кишечнике,
предупреждает возникновение колоректального рака – [201, p.2255;
43].
Экспериментальные исследования показали, что проанто-
цианиды косточек предупреждает развитие цирроза печени под воз-
действием тиацетамида и диметилтеразамина – [179, p.373; 120,
p.359]. Проантоцианиды предохраняют печень от поражения
большими дозами чеснока – [82, p.554] и развития оксидативного
напряжения в клетках печени, вызванное употреблением этилового
спирта – [61, p.49]. Проантоцианиды виноградных семечек пре-
дупреждают токсическое воздействие азатиопирина на гепатоциты –
[65, p.1713].
Проантоцианы предохраняют разрушение сперматозиодов при
механическом воздействии на тестикулярный аппарат – [27, p.621;
176, p.411] и при оксидативном напряжении – [87, p.861], от
токсического воздействия солей кадмия и др. – [184; 13, p.72; 20].
Проантоцианиды также защищают процесс ооцитоза от токсического
воздействия солей кадмия – [91].
Экстракт виноградных семян оказывает противовирусное
воздействие против ряда известных вирусов, к частности против
вируса гепатита А и норовирусов – [119, p.7577; 185, p.5; 103, p.8].
Экстракты виноградных семян, благодаря проантоцинадам и
эпигаллокатехинам обладают противоопухолевыми, антиангиогени-
ческими, анти-метастатическими свойствами – [58, p.663; 95, p.535;
106, p.619; 59, p.808; 60]. Проантоцианиды косточек винограда, в
особенности галловая кислота предохраняют от возникновения рака
поджелудочной железы и метастазирования раковых клеток – [49,
p.453; 161; 36, p.528; 37, p.95]. Проантоцианиды косточек винограда

лительными свойствами – [123, p.1118; 198; 93, p.5274; 66, p.325; 148,
p.4284].
Благодаря этим веществам, масло оказывает гипохолестери-
немическое, кардиопротективное, хемопревентивное воздействие –
[163; 64; 200, p.102]. Масло улучшает сопротивление инсулина и
оказывает противовоспалительной действие на женщин с
избыточным весом – [97, p.707]. Масло виноградных косточек
оказывает анти-тромботическое воздействие – [28]. Эксперимен-
тальные исследования показали, что масло косточек винограда
предохраняет от апоптоза β клетки, вызванные высокой
концентрацией глюкозы при сахарном диабете – [116].
Виноградное масло обладает выраженными противовоспали-
тельными свойствами, особенно при наружном лечении кожных
заболеваний и ран – [167, p.133].
Масло виноградных косточек предупреждает разрушение
клеток организма, в том числе печени под воздействием углерода
тетрахлорида – [206, p.19; 98, p.321].
Хотя экстракт косточек винограда тормозит цитохром Р450, он
не оказывает воздействия на фармакокинетику декстраметорфана и
тамоксифена – [74, p.1889]. Экспериментальные исследования на
животных показали, что масло защищает от токсического повреж-
дения адриамицином клетки печени – [197, p.256].
Благодаря антиоксидантным свойствам, виноградные косточки
перспективны для применения в пищевой промышленности – [168,
p.889; 105, p.225; 166, p.292; 147; 21, p.1651].
