Cultural heritage interpretation in a museum: a humanitarian discourse
The humanitarian bases of heritage interpretation in a museum in a context of problems of humanitarian
knowledge, a paradigm of humanitarian thinking and ideas of philosophy of education are considered. Necessity
of strengthening of humanitarian basis in interpretation of cultural objects is proved, the humanitarian essence of
museum pedagogics as methodology of realization of museums educational function is revealed.

The national museums of France in the regions
A special page in the history of the regional museums of France is the development of assembly, received
the status of national. The concept of national museum, which is conceived in the late 19th century, defines the
special status of a number of collections, representing significant historical and artistic points of view events and
phenomena. Important stages of the identification and conservation of the regional heritage steel 19201930s and
the end of the 19501960s. In our time, in connection with the intensification of trends of decentralization, not only
are previously formed the national museums in the regions, but also new ones are created.

Budget-time of students in Leningrad on 19501960s: Building a model
This article is an attempt to analyze the time of students in Leningrad, namely the degree of their employment
during school hours and during hours of free time. The author attempted on the basis of various materials to
construct a model of everyday students life in Leningrad during time continuum. The article deals with the daily
one-hour costs to meet the physical needs (sleep, eating), the main work (study) needed free time (the way home,
the solution of everyday problems), as well as recreational activities. Study time budget allows students a more
comprehensive picture of the social group in the aspect of her life, lifestyle and outlook.

Specifics of Spanish traditional dwelling
Dwelling is one of the forms of human defense against environmental forces. Climate, landscape, character of
the country affects forming of national-ethnical specifics and the character of dwelling. At the European territory
specific conditions for dwelling were formed due to climatic conditions of this region. Spanish dwelling has its
own specific traits. Moreover, Basque house is different from ones in Asturias and Galicia. Houses in Avila, Segovia,
Levante, Malaga and Seville differ from each other. Houses have their own specifics in Catalonia, where cave villages
surround many Southern towns of Spain.

Historiated capitals of deambulatories of auvernian Romanesque churches:
the question of program
The Romanesque churches of Auvergne are notable for the rational system of sculptural decoration of their
eastern part, including apse and deamdulatory historiated capitals. The deambulatory of Notre-Dame du Port de
Clermon is decorated with the relieves The history of Our Lady, Adam and Eva. The Fall, Psychomachia. In
Saint-Necter apse we can find eschatological and hagiographical scenes.

Tradition of alive theater at the creative method by Lev Dodin
A question of a conservation of prinsiples of Russian traditional theater and traditional theatre school is one
of the most sharp and the most significant question of the modern scenic methodology. The main moment of the
methodology of realistic theatre art, beginning from Stanislavskys times, always was the problem of real, alive
stream of scenic process. The most successive and interesting variant of settling this problem today is the creative
method by Lev Dodin. The totality of wayes and means, forming this method, is examined at this article. On the
whole, Dodins methodological discoveryes are consonant with Stanislavskys discoveryes, but at the same time
this discoveryes train the Stanislavskys methode to another, quite new level of development. The article is based
on the notes of L. Dodins rehearsals, which the author was attending, begining from 1997, regularly being at the
rehearsals in the Maly Dramatic Theater The Theater of Europe.

Dreams attracting incarnation: to the 130th anniversary
of operas creation Snow Maiden by Rimskiy-Korsakov
Active interest of domestic theater in the beginning of the XXI century after long oblivion to Ostrovskys
Snow Maiden and Rimsky-Korsakovs is connected with postmodernist tendencies on a boundary of centuries.
It is possible to explain scenographic tendentiousness of modern interpretations by insufficient understanding
directors of substantial and musical features of a spring fairy tale, ignorance of history of its creation and a scenic
embodiment. Ostrovskys contemporaries couldnt consider its ideological essence, ambiguity of a theme and deep
lyricism under a fantastic cover of Snow Maiden. Rimsky-Korsakov created the opera with the same name on one
breath, and it was possible to overcome not scenic Snow Maiden with musical means. He transformed it into
the original musical drama, played important role in formation of Russian opera direction.

The symbolism of natural elements in Goethes poetry
In his poetic heritage, including such cycles as the West-stlicher Divan and Zahme Xenien, Goethe uses
extensively the symbolism of natural elements in their traditional symbolic meaning, and reinterpreting these
images according to his own natural philosophical concepts, his research in natural science and in accordance with
his philosophical views. Every force of nature is meant as a complex, multifaceted phenomenon, and entails a series
of symbolic images, significantly enriching Goethes literary works on the structural and semantic levels.

Concept of skill and master in the architecture
In the contemporary artistic culture of the need skill as a adeptness, a special kind of knowledge, is often
questioned. The master and skill are losing relevance as the concepts of artistic creativity. This trend seems to
be paradoxical on the background of the general technical progress of the information society, in which high
technology on the one hand and primitive use of a consumer on the other, generate the effects of dilettantism
in a global scale. Inability and simplicity are welcome in the actual art. However, there is a whole field of cultural
practices, where skill (professionalism) is key to their existence. Among those the architecture is inseparably
connected with the concepts of skill and master.

Museum phenomenon in N. F. Fedorovs philosophical works
The essence of N. F. Fedorovs original sights for a role and value of the museum in a context of ideas of
Christianity reveals in the article. The thought that not always consecutive and containing emotionally painted
terms the model of an ideal museum offered by the philosopher, has allowed to carry out a prediction and a
theoretical explanation of the modern museology, that does studying of Fedorovs philosophical works especially

Starting point: about the development of the term Renaissance
in Russia at the 18th and the first half of the 19th century
The article is devoted to the earliest period of the term Renaissance development in Russia and covers
the period from the second half of the 18th c., when the names of Italian classics were mentioned first in some
periodicals, till the middle of the 19th c., when Kudryavtsev and Granovsky delivered their lectures on word history.
The idea of Renaissance was formed under the powerful influence of Voltaires concept of European civilization
development and slightly modified by the works of literary critics G. de Stael, S. de Sismondi and P. Ginguen in the
age of Romanticism. It was the period when aesthetical, not historical, criteria dominated in evaluation of the past.

The reliable data on the early educational work B. Shcherbachov in adult education institute, now SPbGUKI, as
a professor, is first published, confirmed by historical facts dating Vladimir Mayakovsky and Vladimir Shcherbachov
during the First World War. Office in a driving school, artistic interests of the poet and composer befriended them.
The result was the first musical opus laid on the poems of the poet. Written romance Shcherbachov Four heavy as
a blow to the poetry of Mayakovsky in the autumn of 1916.

the best research on the postwar emigration
A review is given in the generally positive assessment of the monumental, almost the first work devoted to the
postwar emigration from Russia. Of particular importance to the monograph consists in attracting a large number
