Cyprus, (именуемая далее «Компания»), в
лице Директора Dmitrii Kochnev,
действующего на основании Устава, с одной
стороны, и Гражданин Республики Никарагуа
Palacio Quiroz Ronaldo Israel, (паспорт
C01838949, выдан Dirección General
Migración y Extranjeria, 17.04.2015)
(именуемый далее «Консультант»), с
другой стороны, совместно именуемые
«Стороны», а по отдельности – «Сторона»,
подписали настоящее Соглашение о Service
расторжении Договора об оказании
индивидуальных услуг от 18.08.2021 (далее
– «Договор») о нижеследующем:
1. Стороны договорились расторгнуть
Договор 31.10.2021.
2. Стороны договорились произвести
взаиморасчеты по Договору за фактически
оказанные Консультантом услуги до даты
расторжения Договора, указанной в п. 1.
выше, в течение 30 рабочих дней с даты
подписания настоящего соглашения.
3. Настоящим Стороны подтверждают, что
не имеют друг к другу претензий, связанных
с исполнением и прекращением Договора.
4. В течение 3 (трех) лет после подписания
настоящего соглашения Консультант
обязуется не разглашать условий
настоящего соглашения, а также условий
Договора и любой информации, полученной
в ходе исполнения Договора. За каждый
факт нарушения условия о неразглашении

the Personal Service Agreement

LANGROOM LTD., a company registered under
address at 27, 25 Martiou Str., D. MICHAEL
TOWER, Office 105, Engomi, 2408, Nicosia,
Cyprus (hereinafter, the «Company»),
represented by its Director Dmitrii Kochnev,
acting on the basis of Articles of Association, on
the one hand, and Mr. Palacio Quiroz Ronaldo
Israel, the citizen of the Republic of Nicaragua,
having a passport C01838949, issued by the
Dirección General Migración y Extranjeria,
17.04.2015 (hereinafter – the «Consultant»),
on the other hand, collectively referred to as the
“Parties” and individually – as the “Party”,
have made this Termination of the Personal

(hereinafter – the “Agreement”) as follows:
1. The Parties hereby agreed to terminate the
Agreement on 31.10.2021.
2. The Parties agreed to process all the
payments for services actually rendered under
the Agreement before the termination dated
stated as the article 1 above within 30 working
days from the date of execution of this
agreement.
3. The Parties hereby confirm they have no
claims related to execution and/or termination of
the Agreement.
4. Within three (3) years from the date of signing
of this document the Consultant shall not
disclose any terms and conditions of this
document, as well as any terms and conditions
of the Agreement and any information received
by the Consultant while performing under the
Agreement. For each violation of the non-
