4. ФУНКЦИИ ИНДИКАТОРОВ
1. ОБЩЕЕ ВВЕДЕНИЕ PV: Измеренное значение / режим
Терморегулятор PID REX - новый продукт, разработанный нашей SV: Значение уставки /режим
компанией. Это - специальный микрокомпьютерный инструмент, AT: Автонастройка PID
который сочетает мощность коммутации и технологию поверхностного
OUT1: Выход 1
монтажа (SMT), поэтому, контроллер довольно умен и надежен. Ее
особые функции - автоматическое диагностирование, автоматическая OUT2: Выход 2
установка и интеллектуальное управление. Он может широко ALM1: Сигнализация 1
использоваться в отображении и управлении параметрами ALM2: Сигнализация 2
температуры, давления, потока и уровня жидкости. SET: Установка режима < R/S: Сдвиг V: Вверх ^: Вниз

6.3 Функция Автоматическая настройка (AT)
Функция Автоматическая настройка (AT) автоматически измеряет, вычисляет и устанавливает
оптимальные PID и LBA константы. Следующие условия необходимы, чтобы выполнить и
остановить автоматическую настройку.
Предостережения:
Когда происходит изменение температуры в 1 °C или меньше в минуту во время
Автоматической настройки, Автоматическая настройка может быть отменена прежде,
чем вычислит значения PID. В этом случае, скорректируйте значения PID вручную. Это
может произойти, когда установлено значение уставки близкое к окружающей
температуре или близкое к максимальной температуре, достигнутой нагревателем.
■Требования для запуска AT
Запустите автоматическую настройку, когда все следующие условия удовлетворены:
До запуска функции AT, закончите все установки параметров кроме PID и LBA.
Подтвердите, что функция LCK не была установлена.
Когда автоматическая настройка будет закончена, контроллер автоматически
вернется к управлению PID.
■Требования для отмены AT
Автоматическая настройка отменяется, если присутствует какое-либо из следующих условий.
Когда значение уставки (SV) изменяется.
Когда значение смещения PV изменяется.
Когда PV становится аварийным из-за перегрева.
Когда питание отключается.
Когда сбой питания длится больше чем 20 мс.
Если AT отменяется, контроллер сразу возвращается к PID регулированию. Значения
PID будут теми же, как до запуска AT.

Heater Break Alarm (HBA) function
Precaution for LBA setting:
The HBA function monitors the current flowing through the load by a
