All the female nouns change the ending according to the model:
1) -а ⇢ -у сестру Москву
2) -я ⇢ -ю тётю Италию

Pay attention
In the Russian language, there is a kind of specific pattern to form a saying like
'me and mom' / 'you and your friend' / '(s)he and a teacher', if they are seen as 1
performer of the action.
Они́ едят я́йца (яи́чницу и́ли омле́т), творо́г с мёдом, гре́чневую ка́шу с
соси́ской, йо́гурт, бутербро́д с ма́слом и колбасо́й, и́ли с сы́ ром.
Очень популя́рны горя́чие бутербро́ды из духо́вки (духо́вка = oven).
В выходны́ е гото́вят сы́ рники. Их едят с мёдом и́ли варе́ньем. А ещё блины́
с творого́м внутри́ (=inside). Мы их называ́ем нали́стники.
В Украи́не о́чень популя́рны моло́чные ка́ши. Их гото́вят из ри́са, макаро́н,
гре́чки (гре́чка = buckwheat) и ма́нки (ма́нка = semolina).
