Abstract: the article discusses Korean classical prose of the XVII-XVIII centuries, the
features of its formation and development. Substantiates the influence on literature of three
religious and philosophical teachings – Confucianism, Buddhism and Taosizm. On t he
example of the “Tale of Hon Gildon” reveals the peculiar features of the medieval Korean
tale. Analyzes the artistic system of Kim Manjun’s novels “Ms. Sa’s wanderings in the
South” and “Cloud Dream of Nine”. In this article is given the characteristic of genre
forms of Park Chi Von’s works and the role of the writer in the formation of a realistic
method of reality hatching.

Корейская классическая средневековая литература, в частности сюжетная проза,
служит ярким образцом традиционного представления эстетического идеала народа в
тесной взаимосвязи с его религиозными и нравственными ценностями,
формирующими его внутренний мир и душевный посыл [1].
Литературный художественный текст доносит ценную информацию о проблемах
общества, сквозь авторское видение и трактовку посредством раскрытия им
