Мы многое не понимаем и напуганы поведением
сотрудников апип-акам.

Apip-acam employees do not show the slightest

empathy or compassion. Their behaviour is
reminiscent of a prison guard. They have no
communication skills or etiquette.

15 Ноября 2023 года в офисе апип-акам упала

женщина и потеряла сознание. Она сильно
ударилась головой. Это была пожилая женщина-
беженец из Афганистана. Сотрудники апип-акам
вынесли ее на улицу и положили на тротуар.
Женщина не могла встать. Она долго лежала на
тротуаре до приезда полиции. Одна нога была
очень распухшей. Мы все, студенты
интеграционных курсов наблюдали это событие.
Мы, беженцы и студенты интеграционных курсов
обратились за помощью к апип-акам. Мы просили
вызвать скорую помощь. Мы плакали и умоляли
ей помочь. Сотрудники апип-акам категорически
отказали нам в этом и не хотели с нами говорить.
Женщина продолжала лежать на мостовой до
приезда скорой помощи. Скорую помощь вызвали
полицейские. Такое случается уже не первый раз.
Мы просим вышестоящие органы разобраться с
этим инцидентом. И почему сотрудники апи-акам/
apip-acam отказали человеку в помощи?

Подобная ситуация случилась так же и со мною

(Maryna Avdieieva) днем позже. 16 ноября 2023
года, социальный сотрудник попросила через
моего мужа, чтобы я явилась в офис апип-акам за
лекарством. Накануне я пережила гипертонический
криз и сильный эпилептический приступ
(витилиго). До этого я две недели просила помощь
доктора и оформить санитарную карточку. Но
сотрудники офиса только смеялись надо много.
Они говорили, что у меня нет прописки
(empadronamiento) и поэтому у меня нет
санитарной карты, чтобы я звонила в скорую
помощь. (Больше месяца мой муж и я слезно
просили прописку). В итоге я попала в больницу
скорой помощи с сильнейшим приступом. После
того, как я поднялась, мне нужно было прийти в
офис забрать лекарство. Когда я пришла в офис,
то у меня закружилась голова. Мой муж предложил
мне стул. Но, тут же, сотрудники апик-акам стали
тянуть меня за рукав платья и вытягивать из
офиса. Они не спросили, как я себя чувствую. Я
сказала им, что у меня болит и кружится голова.
Тогда они стали вытягивать из офиса еще
активнее. Никто. Никто не предложил мне помощь,
или стакан воды. Наоборот. Они потребовали
подписать документ, что я их не уважаю. Я
ответила, что одни социальный работник
попросил меня быть в офисе и ждать ее, другой,
неизвестный соцработник говорил, чтобы я
вышла. Я сказала, что я полностью уважаю их, но
я не знаю кому подчиняться и кого слушать. Что в
их действиях нет согласия. Тогда они оставили
меня в покое.

Я хочу, чтобы Вы, уважаемые сотрудники

правительства, осознали, насколько это страшно.

November 9, 2023 some social worker came into our

family room (my husband and I) without knocking. He
says he knocked on our door, but he did not! He just put
his own key and opened the door whilst the door was
open. Он просто влетел в нашу комнату. Он даже не
попросил прощения. This is scary. We don't feel safe. I
am losing our muscle strength.

People we don’t know are searching our room frequently.

They search our closets and suitcases when we are not at
home. There are witnesses to that fact, two Latin
American women who live in the next room.

1. We want to know what we are guilty of?

2. On what basis and what law gives the right to

communicate rudely with war refugees, with any
human beings? Например, когда я ем, то
социальный работник может стоять сверху
смотрит на меня как я ем. Он перекрывает мне
путь к выходу, чтобы сбежать. У меня остается
один выход – выпрыгнуть в окно, которое позади
меня. Мы спасаемся от войны. Каждый день
гибнут мои родные, любимые люди в Украине и
Одессе. Что мы сделали плохого испанскому
правительству, чтобы получить такое обращение?
3. Why are searches being carried out in our
room without witnesses or police? We never signed
any agreement or documents for investigation of our
suitcases and private items.

4. What are these people looking for? Например,

однажды (13/11/2023) социальный работник сидел
тихо в нашей гостинной до 7:45 вечера. Я не знаю,
что он хотел. Я сказала себе – если он не уйдет до
8-ми вечера – я вызову полицию. Но он ушел.
В течении дня наше жилье может посещать 4
разных социальных работника. Мы не знаем их
имен, и кто они. Иногда они очень шумные. Мы не
можем учиться, мы не можем отдыхать.

У нас нет переводчиков. Совсем. Иногда

социальный работник может брать человека за
руку и заводить за угол и что-то быстро говорить
на испанском. Так было со мной неоднократно. Я
всегда пытаюсь понять, что говорит социальный
работник, но потом я теряла реальность, теряла
границы своего тела и падала в обморок.

We are asking for legal rights assistance,

psychological and human rights assistance due to the
rules inside of the Apip-acam office in Castellon are
full of surreal prohibitions and restrictions that limit
our right to a healthy life, both mentally and
physically.

My requests to the doctor to get a prescription for the right

medicine have been always ignored and postponed
indefinitely.
Apip-acam employees provide strong detergents to keep
the hood and oven tidy. That is good. But they say that
rubber gloves are prohibited for us. If I buy my own,
they scold me for it. Therefore, my hands and fingers
are corroded by chemical detergents. The social
worker told if the doctor will prescribe me robber
gloves for cleaning toilets and surfaces – then they
will buy me some.

We are given one sponge a week to clean a large

apartment. It is implied that with that sponge we must
wash dishes and rooms and two toilets and windows.
I bought my own extra sponges to avoid cross-
contamination. The social worker scolded me for that.
He said that there is one sponge and only the one that
Apip-acam gives. I don’t know if the organisation apip-
acam has any idea about hygiene standards, any
knowledge of cross-contamination when you wash the
kitchen and toilet with the same sponge?

Sometimes, whilst a person (an Ukrainian refugee) is

drinking tea in the kitchen in pyjamas, a social worker
quietly enters its room and then leaves, locking the
door, forgetting that the door was open before coming in.
Then a woman in pyjamas sits in the kitchen with no
phone and cannot get back to her room till some
roommates come. That is the fact.

Also, a woman, unknown to me, announced that I (Maryna

Avdieieva) should put away, remove my painting, my
personal art. These are watercolour drawings of the sea
and a yacht club of Odessa (my city). A woman I don't
know (I only can recognise her face. She was speaking to
me twice during all the time since I am on the integration
program of apip-acam). She said it was the boss’s
order. She was talking Spanish by using Google
translator.
I have no idea who that boss is! Is it women or men?
Who is that? That is all very scary.

We are getting sicker and sicker day by day.

The reality is shifting.

We have to study, to integrate. But we have absolutely no

idea what is going on. Social workers absolutely do not
understand that their actions undermine human health,
integration into European society and faith in the future.

They (apip-acam) will do everything just to suppress

you. - It doesn't help if you are silent and agreeable, they,
social workers will attack you more and more to the
death.

We don't know who our social worker is. So many

unknown people around just voice contradictory
demands every day. They do not have consent in their
actions.

We are asking for your help with legal matters.

We also will try to ask for the protection of the Human

Rights Organisation and the Ukrainian consul.

Quiero entender lo que está pasando. Quiero ver

documentos según los cuales el gobierno español decidió
que tiene derecho a hacerle esto a la gente.
