Overview
NetSec was founded in 1998 by former government security experts with a vision of innovat-
ing traditional security services with a managed services model. Initial leadership within the
government market served as a footprint for success in the commercial sector. In 2003, NetSec
gained a strong presence in Europe with the acquisition of Defcom Information Security, Ltd., a
London-based security services firm, and a partnership with network services provider Omnet-
ica. Today, NetSec is proud to serve five of the largest companies in the world and nine of the
15 executive departments within the U.S. government. NetSec is the fastest growing privately-
held managed security services provider in the industry.

Approach
NetSec recognizes that security management is a complex balance of choosing the right
security measures against a backdrop of increasing regulatory pressures and an ever-chang-
