ANNOTATION
The purpose of the diploma project - the study of the theoretical foundations of conflict
and on the basis of the material studied, the development of ways to overcome conflict
environments in the company Viccon SA.
Results: In the diploma project is considered one of the problems - modern approaches to the
essence of the conflict and possible solutions to conflict situations. The substantiation of the
relevance of the study subjects. In this work, based on a study of company Viccon SA, provides a
general description of the enterprise, the analysis of job satisfaction and conflicts arising in the
organization. Also proposed measures for the warning and conflict prevention in the organization, as
an example of "Viccon SA".
Conclusions and recommendations: by analyzing and monitoring of all departments and
employees "Viccon SA", were developed the rules to resolve conflicts, the useful tips for the head of
the company, and formulated ways of influencing the parties to the conflict, with a intention to its
final resolution.
