Katherine Katzarov is a 20 year old professional artist born in Montreal, Canada ,

currently based in Sofia , Bulgaria , primarily working in acrylics and felt-tip pens ,
specialising in the making of religious and historical figurative realistic works.
Katherine has won an abundance of Bulgarian art contests, including “ Birth of a
Saviour” , “ Biodiversity “ , “ The craftsman” , “ The Apostle of Freedom” and many
more.
She has also won the 2020 Moscow Youth Portrait Drawing contest and has actively
participated in numerous international art calls and competitions , including , but not
limited to the 2022 Holly Bush Art Prize, the 2022 and 2023 Science without Borders
art competition editions, the 2021 Anatomica Vesalius Moscow University contest,
the 2022 Spirited Arts art Prize, the 2022 D31 Autumn exhibition , the 2022 Derwent
Art prize and more.
Her original iconographic art pieces were exhibited at the 2023 Itsliquid Venice Art
Fair Mixing Identities exhibition , which took place from the 9th to the 23rd of March.
