1st QUARTER HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

S.Y. 2022-2023

A. MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE
There were parents/guardians who attended the 1st Homeroom PTA meeting of 11 TVL 8 -
EIM/PANGASINAN SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES.

B. CALL TO ORDER
The 1st Homeroom PTA meeting for S.Y. 2022-2023 was held on ____________________ at
Pangasinan School of Arts and Trades, SHS BLDG ROOM 3A. It started at exactly 8:00 in the
morning.

C. AGENDA
Agenda Item #1: DO. 8. S.2015 Classroom Assessment | Grading System
Discussion: It is mentioned here that the teachers should track and measure learners’ progress and
to adjust instruction accordingly. Classroom assessment informs the learners, as well as their parents
and guardians, of their progress. Included here are the details as to how the teachers will determine and
evaluate the student’s progress.
Agenda Item #2: Update on the Result of 1st Quarter Test.
Discussion: The result of the 1st Quarter Test had been presented and it is clearly shown that
there are few students who got low scores on major subjects. At least 85% of the class
passed the 75% criterion.
Agenda Item #3: Learner Information System Update & Basic School Records, Correction of
Entries Discussion: Students who are not yet in the Learner Information System shall comply
to the basic requirements needed for the correction of their entry (name) or other basic
information of the learner.
Agenda Item #4: DepEd Order 48 s. 2022 Health & Safety Protocols In Light of COVID 19
Pandemic Discussion: According to DO 48 facemasks are now voluntary, “Voluntary Wearing
of Facemasks in Indoor and Outdoor Spaces are now allowed except for some reasons /
factors. But it has come to a decision for the whole class to still wear facemasks all the time
for the safety of the children.
Agenda Item #5: Class Program
Discussion: Schedule and teachers of each subjects where mentioned.
Agenda Item #6: Election of Homeroom PTA Officers

D. OTHER MATTERS
Grading System
The teachers will use the grading system that was used before the pandemic since quarterly
assessment is back. Students had been given Periodic exam which is part of the component
for the grades.

C. Meeting Agenda:
Agenda No. 1: Informing parents of what their child academic achievements in 2 nd
quarter.
Agenda No. 2: Notifying parents of the learning difficulties of their child.
Agenda No. 3: Providing parents with recommendations to assist their child with
learning.
Agenda No. 4: Discussed the upcoming graduation of students and results of 1 st
semester grades.
Agenda No. 5: Releasing of Report cards.
D. Other Matters:

During the meeting, the matter about the learners’ concerns, particularly their
academic achievement and learning difficulties, were brought to attention. It was
agreed that the parents should follow up on their children’s attitude on attendance
and class interaction.

The 3rd Homeroom PTA meeting for S.Y. 2022-2023 was held on ____________________ at
Pangasinan School of Arts and Trades, SHS BLDG ROOM 3A. It started at exactly 8:00 in the
morning.
C. Meeting Agenda:
Agenda No. 1: Informing parents of what their child academic achievements in 3 rd
quarter.
Agenda No. 2: Notifying parents of the learning difficulties of their child.
Agenda No. 3: Providing parents with recommendations to assist their child with
learning.
Agenda No. 4: Discussed the upcoming graduation of students. All the needed
requirements of the learners for their graduation. Pictorial, Class Yearbook and Toga
were again discussed as approved in the general PTA meeting.
Agenda No. 5: Releasing of Report cards.
