1 GENERAL NOTES 1—Table-2

1.1 The log book shall be always stored with the product.
1.2 Instructions for the personnel responsible for the operation of the product and keeping the log
book:
- before operating the product, read the operating documentation carefully;
- when filling in the log book, do not use pencil, erasable ink. Do not erase the records;
- an incorrect record must be carefully crossed out. The correct record shall be written near and
verified by the responsible person;
- surname and initials are written next to the signature (it is allowed to use representative seal
instead of signature);
- machine operation records shall be made in the same units as for the operational life;
- if the machine is transferred to another facility, final total records on the number of running hours
shall be verified by seal of the transferring facility;
- provide the manufacturer with a feedback by the form included in this log book (Appendix A) at
least once a year.
1.3 in case of sending individual assembly units for repair, include the corresponding log books
(technical certificates) or a copy from the machine log book with indication of hours of operation from
the moment of the installation on the machine, as well as technical condition certificates for these units.
1.4 After the tables of sections 8-12 are filled, further records should be kept on additional sheets
based on the form of the corresponding table.
1.5 Violation of the record keeping requirements may cause rejection of claims from the operating
organization.

2.1 PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT
AMKODOR 6811 is a self-propelled vibratory compactor (hereinafter referred as to "compactor") is
designed for construction of automobile roads and railways, airfields, dams and other earthwork
structures.
The compactor with a smooth vibration drum is designed for layer-by-layer compaction of loose,
sandy and very coarse soils, road base materials, improved soils and gravel (crushed stone)-sand
mixtures.
The compactor is designed for operation in areas with moderate climate and ambient temperatures of
40ºС to -5ºС or with tropical climate and ambient temperatures of 45ºС to -5ºС.
Climatic version of the compactor: U1 or T1 as per GOST 15150-69.
The compactor has one driving drum and wheel unit. The drum and the wheel unit have hydrostatic
drives and parking brake. The drum has an embedded hydrostatically driven vibrator. The compactor
has a cabin with operator position.

5.1 RESOURCES, SERVICE AND STORAGE LIFE


5.1.1 80% of the first overhaul period and service life of the compactor are specified in Table 3.1.
5.1.2 Storage life of the product preserved by the manufacturer: 1 year (unless otherwise specified
in the supply contract).
The specified resources, service and storage life are valid provided that the owner observes the
requirements of the compactor operational documentation.

5.2 MANUFACTURER (SUPPLIER) WARRANTIES


5.2.1 Manufacturer guarantees proper operation of the compactor during the warranty term
provided that the customer observes the rules for operation, maintenance, transportation and storage
specified in the operational documentation.
5.2.2 Warranty service life is specified in the supply contract (agreement). The service life of the
compactor for Belarusian customers is specified in accordance with the Presidential Decree of the
Republic of Belarus No. 186 of 27 March 2008. Warranty term begins from the date of commissioning
of the machine, but not later than 6 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover components with a guarantee period shorter than the machine itself, as
well as wear and replacement parts such as: rubber rings, filter elements, lamps, electric fuses, diesel
engine belts, bucket teeth, wiper brushes, tires (warranty within the manufacturer's warranty), as well as
coolants, oils, working fluids, lubricants, fuel and plastic lining elements.
The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
- failure of electronic parts due to disconnection of the battery during engine operation;
- failure of the generator caused by incorrect wiring.
The date of commissioning of the compactor is specified by the customer in the warranty card.
Warranty card form is provided in the Appendix B. If there is no such record, the warranty term is
counted from the date of purchase of the compactor from the manufacturer or seller (supplier) on the
basis of the corresponding marks in the warranty card or payment documents.

6 PRESERVATION
Preservation conditions are specified in Table 6.1.

For Belarusian consumers, claims on the product quality shall be made by the machine owner and
reviewed by the seller and the manufacturer in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
and the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 952 of 27 June 2008.
For consumers of imported machines, claims regarding the product quality shall be made in
accordance with the supply contract (agreement) and legislation of the importing countries.
THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND DOES NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS IN THE FOLLOWING
CASES:
• violation by the customer the rules of operation, maintenance, transportation and storage specified in
the operating documentation;
• dismounting components, units and assemblies or modification of the product without prior approval
by the manufacturer;
• indirect selling the product (claims shall be sent to the organization that sells it).
