CONTRACT № 04/08/2020
THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”) is made in the city
of London on the 4th August, 2020,
between
Limited Liability Company “Belinvesttorg”
incorporated and operating under the laws of the
Republic of Belarus, hereinafter referred to as the
Belinvesttorg LLC), represented by Deputy
Director for Retail Sales Development Vladimir
Chernyshev, acting by power of attorney No. 25
dated July 23, 2020, on the one side,
and
London Metropolitan University, represented by

acting under the __________________________,
hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”,
and separately - a “Party” according to the
context.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
Belinvesttorg LLC agrees to pay for the Education
for physical entity Hanna Lemiasheuskaya,
identification number 4270899С007РВ6
(hereinafter referred to as the Student) at
London Metropolitan University at the faculty of
Advertising, Marketing Communication and PR
for the third year of study (training period 2020-
2021). Student ID number: 19011684.
CONTRACT PRICE
The cost of Education is £ 12, 150.00 (twelve
thousand one hundred and fifty pounds).
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is made according to the invoice subject
to 100% prepayment by wire bank transfer minus
3% prompt payment discount.
Payment to London Metropolitan University is
made by a banking transfer of the respective
sums in pounds to the account of indicated in this
Contract.
At the end of the academic year, London
Metropolitan University undertakes to issue a
certificate of completion.

НАСТОЯЩИЙ КОНТРАКТ («Контракт») заключен в
городе Лондон, 04 августа 2020 года,
между
Обществом с ограниченной ответственностью
«Белинвестторг», зарегистрированным и
управляемым по праву Республики Беларусь,
именуемым далее ООО «Белинвестторг», в лице
заместителя директора по развитию розничных
продаж Чернышева Владимира Александровича,
действующего на основании доверенности № 25 от
23 июля 2020 года, с одной стороны,
и
London Metropolitan University, в лице

___________________________, действующего на
основании ____________________,
далее именуемые «Стороны», а отдельно
именуемые «Сторона».
ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРА
ООО «Белинвестторг» обязуется оплатить Обучение
физического лица Анны Лемешевской,
идентификационный № 4270899С007РВ6 (далее –
Студент) в London Metropolitan University на
факультете «Advertising, Marketing Communication
and PR» («Реклама, Маркетинг коммуникации и
связи с общественностью») за третий курс обучения
(период обучения 2020-2021). ID номер Студента:
19011684.
ЦЕНА КОНТРАКТА
Стоимость Обучения составляет 12, 150 (двенадцать
тысяч сто пятьдесят) фунтов стерлингов.
УСЛОВИЯ ОПЛАТЫ
Платеж производится согласно выставленному счету
на условиях 100% предварительной оплаты
безналичным банковским переводом со скидкой в
размере 3% от цены Контракта.
Оплата производится путем банковского перевода
соответствующих сумм в фунтах стерлингов на счет
London Metropolitan University, указанный в
настоящем Контракте.
По окончании учебного года London Metropolitan
University обязуется выставить акт оказанных услуг.
