Safety Notification

Shut down the power source before assembly/disassembly.

Do not use directly under sun ray. The ideal operation temperature is -10℃
℃ ~ +40℃

Grounding is strictly required (grounding impedance <100Ω

Ω). Do not share grounding
with other facility needing excess power.
Missing or wrongful grounding may cause electric shock or malfunctioning.

 The facility applies AC 100V ~ 240V

When using high resolution scales to weight, the brass net and sensor should be
grounded at assembling the sensor

When RSF-07 address is set as 0, local machine will execute the command after receiving
command.
When RSF-07 address is set as 1~99, local machine will compare the address in front of the

For example: If the host would like to read the current weight of address #2 GW-2000, it can
send the command @02RW<CR><LF>

RS-485 Connection figure

Transmission Line:
Twisted pair with outer mask covered is necessary, The quality of transmission line impacts the
signal a lot. Twisted pair with poor quality will cause great lose of signals transmitted at high speed.
The transmission distance will also be greatly decreased, and the ability of anti-noise is lower. So,
please apply high quality twisted pair when it comes to the high transmission speed, long distance,
or heavy noise.

Terminal impedance:
Each signal transmission circuit has it ‘s own characterized impedance. When the signal is
transmitted to the terminal through transmission line, if the terminal impedance is different from the
characterized impedance, reflection will be made and thus result in distortion of the signal wave.
The distortion is not obvious at a short distance, however, with the increasing length of transmission
line, distortion will get more obvious. Under this circumstance, the intermediate impedance is
needed. (Terminal impedance is about 120Ω)

Chapter 6 Maintenance

◆Under normal status, press and keys, simultaneously to enter function parameter

setting screen.
Select 05.TEST to enter detection mode.
◆ DSPDetection
7 level display and LEDs will all light up for 1 second, and all off for 1 second.
Then, 7 level display will display 0~9 and . separately with interval of 1 second. Led will light up
from left hand side to right hand side.
◆ KEY Detection
Turn calibration switch and press keys at front panel. The relative bits should display from i -> I.
◆ ADC Detection
Display range: n0~524287(-1mV ~ 39mV)
◆ UART1 Detection
System send out ASCII 0~9
◆ UART2 Detection
ASCII 0~9。 System send out ASCII 0~9
◆ DA Detection
Press Up or Down to switch between DA output value, 0:LO (zero point value) and 1:HI (full load
value)
◆ PNT Detection (under construction)
◆ EEP Detection
PASS means normal, and FAIL means malfunctioning.
◆ INPUT/OUTPUT Detection
Input port signal ON/OFF corresponds the display digits as i -> I

Press Up or Down to switch output single port ON/OFF
