Section A – Reading Comprehension

I. This is a question to check the reading comprehension of the students, who

should find the right answer from the given unknown text. Each correct answer
carries 2 marks. 5 questions are to be attempted out of 6. 5 x 2 = 10

Section B – Composition and Writing 10 + 5 = 15

II. This being a subjective type question the division of marks will be as follows
 Content – 10 marks
 Syntactic and grammar accuracy – 5 marks

Section C – Applied Grammar
