Abstract: At the present stage of education in the Republic of Moldova in the field of socio-
humanitarian sciences, the problem of developing the deontological competence of
pedagogues-lawyers, modern researchers-scientists, didactic personnel of socio-
humanitarian disciplines becomes urgent. In the educational space of universities (as well as
within the framework of lyceums), the issues of civic and moral education of young people,
various active socio-cultural influences on them, cultural identity and the revival
(valorization) of moral and ethical values and the significance of the rule of law in society are
becoming more acute. A special place is occupied by the factor of increasing the efficiency of
deontological training of future lawyers at the university, and also the conjugate connections
of imperatives - pedagogy and jurisprudence - are noticed.
