В статье рассматриваются особенности международно-правового регулирования развития и применения искус-

ственного интеллекта и робототехники в мире. Выявлена направленность международных организаций на соблюдение
оптимального баланса между интересами общества и государства при создании глобального регулирования внедрения
систем с искусственным интеллектом. Обоснована необходимость консолидации мирового сообщества в разработке
концептуального международного документа, посвященного принципам и базовым началам регулирования искус-
ственного интеллекта и робототехники.

The article discusses the features of international legal regulation of the development and application of artificial
intelligence and robotics in the world. The focus of international organizations on maintaining an optimal balance between
the interests of society and the state in creating a global regulation of the introduction of systems with artificial intelligence is
revealed. The necessity of consolidation of the world community in the development of a conceptual international document
on the principles and basic principles of regulation of artificial intelligence and robotics is justified.
