Äëÿ ëó÷øåãî ïîíèìàíèÿ ïðèíöèïà ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèÿ ñèñòåìû â ðàçëè÷íûõ óñëîâèÿõ
ðàññìîòðåíèå âîïðîñîâ ñîïðîâîæäàåòñÿ äåìîíñòðàöèåé áëîê‐ñõåì ñ öâåòîâîé
êîäèðîâêîé.
Òåõíè÷åñêàÿ ñëóæáà êîìïàíèè Sandvik âñåãäà ãîòîâà ïðåäîñòàâèòü êîíñóëüòàöèè è
ïîìîùü äëÿ ðàçðåøåíèÿ ëþáûõ ïðîáëåì, ñâÿçàííûõ ñ îáñëóæèâàíèåì.

Ïðåæäå ÷åì âûïîëíÿòü êàêèå‐ëèáî îïåðàöèè ïî òåõíè÷åñêîìó îáñëóæèâàíèþ èëè
ðåãóëèðîâêå, îïðåäåëèòü êîíñòðóêöèþ àâòîìàòèêè âîçâðàòà (ñìîòðèòå ðèñóíîê íèæå).

5. ÃÈÄÐÀÂËÈ×ÅÑÊÀß ÑÈÑÒÅÌÀ
5.1. Ôèëüòðàöèÿ ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè
 äàííîé ñèñòåìå èñïîëüçóåòñÿ ôèëüòðàöèÿ íàïîðíîé ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè è ñëèâíîé
ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè. Ôèëüòðàöèÿ íàïîðíîé æèäêîñòè ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ òîëüêî â êîíòóðå
ðåãóëèðóåìîãî íàñîñà (1), à ôèëüòðàöèÿ ñëèâíîãî ïîòîêà õàðàêòåðíà äëÿ îáîèõ íàñîñîâ
(1 è 50).
Óñòàíîâëåííûé íà øëàíãå ôèëüòð (112) ñ òîíêîñòüþ ôèëüòðàöèè 20 ìêì àáñ. (μm abs.)
èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ ôèëüòðàöèè íàïîðíîé æèäêîñòè. Åñëè ðàçíîñòü äàâëåíèÿ â ôèëüòðå
ïðåâûøàåò 2,5 áàð, òî íà ïàíåëè ñèãíàëüíûõ ëàìï çàãîðàåòñÿ ñèãíàëüíàÿ ëàìïà Í611,
îçíà÷àþùàÿ, ÷òî ôèëüòðóþùèé ýëåìåíò íåîáõîäèìî çàìåíèòü. Êîðïóñ ôèëüòðóþùåãî
áëîêà òàêæå èìååò îáõîäíîé êëàïàí, îòêðûâàþùèéñÿ ïðè âîçðàñòàíèè ðàçíîñòè
äàâëåíèÿ ñâûøå 3,5 áàð.
Ñëèâíîé ïîòîê èç îáîèõ íàñîñîâ ïðîõîäèò ÷åðåç ñëèâíîé ôèëüòð (113). Ñëèâíîé ôèëüòð
óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ íà ãèäðîáàêå. Òîíêîñòü ôèëüòðàöèè ôèëüòðóþùåãî ýëåìåíòà
ñëèâíîãî ôèëüòðà ñîñòàâëÿåò 10 ìêì àáñ (μm abs.). Åñëè ðàçíîñòü äàâëåíèÿ â ôèëüòðå
ïðåâûñèò 2 áàð, òî íà ïàíåëè ñèãíàëüíûõ ëàìï çàãîðàåòñÿ ñèãíàëüíàÿ ëàìïà Í607,
îçíà÷àþùàÿ, ÷òî ôèëüòðóþùèé ýëåìåíò íåîáõîäèìî çàìåíèòü. Êîðïóñ ôèëüòðóþùåãî
áëîêà òàêæå èìååò îáõîäíîé êëàïàí, îòêðûâàþùèéñÿ ïðè âîçðàñòàíèè ðàçíîñòè
äàâëåíèÿ ñâûøå 2,4 áàð.
Ðåêîìåíäóåìàÿ èçãîòîâèòåëåì êàòåãîðèÿ ÷èñòîòû ñèñòåìû: 17/13 â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñî
ñòàíäàðòîì Ìåæäóíàðîäíîé Îðãàíèçàöèè ïî Ñòàíäàðòèçàöèè (ISO).
Åñëè ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü õîëîäíàÿ (íèæå +30°Ñ), ñèñòåìû êîíòðîëÿ çà
ñîñòîÿíèåì êàê íàïîðíîãî, òàê è ñëèâíîãî ôèëüòðîâ îáõîäÿòñÿ, ÷òîáû
ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ èçáåæàòü íåíóæíûõ ñèãíàëîâ, âûçâàííûõ ïîâûøåííîé âÿçêîñòüþ
õîëîäíîé ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè.

÷åðåç êëàïàí “ÈËÈ” (35) è íà ñåëåêòîðíûé êëàïàí äàâëåíèÿ óäàðà (5) ÷åðåç êëàïàí
“ÈËÈ” (16). Òàêæå äàâëåíèå íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ âîçäåéñòâóåò íà ðàñïðåäåëèòåëü
(44) ïîñðåäñòâîì êëàïàíà “ÈËÈ” (35).
Ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü, íàãíåòàåìàÿ ðåãóëèðóåìûì íàñîñîì (1), ïîñòóïàåò ÷åðåç îáðàòíûé
êëàïàí (116) è íàïîðíûé ôèëüòð (112) âî âõîä (P1) áëîêà óïðàâëåíèÿ áóðåíèåì. Îòñþäà
ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ïðîäîëæàåò ïîñòóïàòü ÷åðåç êîìïåíñàòîð äàâëåíèÿ â ëèíèè ïîäà÷è
(22) ê óïðàâëÿþùåìó øòîêó ðàñïðåäåëèòåëÿ ïîäà÷è (23), à îòòóäà ‐ ê
ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíîìó êëàïàíó ìàêñèìàëüíîãî äàâëåíèÿ â ëèíèè ïîäà÷è À (25). Èç
âõîäà (À) ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ïîñòóïàåò â öèëèíäð ïîäàò÷èêà (28).
Èç ðàñïðåäåëèòåëÿ ïîäà÷è (23) ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ïîñòóïàåò òàêæå ê êîðïóñó
ïðóæèíû êîìïåíñàòîðà äàâëåíèÿ â ëèíèè ïîäà÷è (22), ÷åðåç êëàïàí “ÈËÈ” (26) è
ñåëåêòîðíûé êëàïàí LS ‐ ëèíèè ïîäà÷è (29) ‐ ê êëàïàíó ðåãóëèðîâêè äàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷è
(20). Ïîñëå êëàïàíà “ÈËÈ” (26) ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü òàêæå ïîñòóïàåò ê ìàíîìåòðó
ïîäà÷è (21), à ÷åðåç êëàïàíû “ÈËÈ” (42) è (10) ‐ ê ðåãóëÿòîðó ïîòîêà ðåãóëèðóåìîãî
íàñîñà (1).
Èç ïàòðóáêà (P1) áëîêà óïðàâëåíèÿ áóðåíèåì ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ïîñòóïàåò ê êëàïàíó
ðåãóëèðîâêè äàâëåíèÿ íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ (43), à îòòóäà ‐ ê êëàïàíó íåïðÿìîãî
óïðàâëåíèÿ âðàùåíèåì (58), êëàïàíó íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ óäàðîì (14), êëàïàíó
íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷åé (31), ñåëåêòîðíîìó êëàïàíó îòäåëüíîé ïðîìûâêè (102),
êëàïàíó íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ñêîðîñòíîé ïîäà÷åé (33), ñåëåêòîðíîìó êëàïàíó
àâòîìàòèêè âîçâðàòà (39) è áëîêó ñìàçêè õâîñòîâèêà.
Ïîòîê ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè èç öèëèíäðà ïîäàò÷èêà (28) íàïðàâëÿåòñÿ íàïðàâëÿåòñÿ íà

”ÈËÈ” (15). Ñåëåêòîðíûé êëàïàí óäàðà (4) îòêðûâàåò ãëàâíûé êëàïàí óäàðà (3), à
æèäêîñòü, íàãíåòàåìàÿ ðåãóëèðóåìûì íàñîñîì, ïîñòóïàåò ÷åðåç îáðàòíûé êëàïàí
(116), íàïîðíûé ôèëüòð (112), êîìïåíñàòîð äàâëåíèÿ â ëèíèè óäàðà (2) è ãëàâíûé
êëàïàí óäàðà (3) ê óäàðíîìó ìåõàíèçìó (13). Âäîáàâîê, äàâëåíèå â êîíòóðå óäàðà
äîñòèãàåò ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíîãî êëàïàíà äàâëåíèÿ äëÿ óäàðà â ïîëîâèíó ìîùíîñòè (6),
ïðîõîäÿ ÷åðåç äðîññåëü (9) è ñåëåêòîðíûé êëàïàí äàâëåíèÿ óäàðà (5). Ïîñëå äðîññåëÿ
(9) äàâëåíèå âîçäåéñòâóåò òàêæå íà êîìïåíñàòîð äàâëåíèÿ â ëèíèè óäàðà (2) è
äîñòèãàåò íàãðóçî÷íî‐êîíòðîëüíîé ëèíèè ðåãóëèðóåìîãî íàñîñà (1) ÷åðåç êëàïàí
“ÈËÈ” (10).
Ïîñëå ãëàâíîãî êëàïàíà óäàðà (3) äàâëåíèå âîçäåéñòâóåò òàêæå íà ìàíîìåòð óäàðà (11).
Ñëèâíîé ïîòîê èç ïåðôîðàòîðà (13) ïðîõîäèò ÷åðåç êîëëåêòîð (115), îõëàäèòåëü (114)
è ñëèâíîé ôèëüòð (113) â ãèäðîáàê (110).
Óòå÷êà ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè èç êëàïàíà íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ óäàðîì (14) íàïðàâëÿåòñÿ
ñíà÷àëà â êîëëåêòîð (135), à îòòóäà ‐ â ãèäðîáàê (110).
Ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè ïåðôîðàòîðà ñî ñòàáèëèçàòîðîì ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ÷åðåç
ïàòðóáîê (Ð1) áëîêà óïðàâëåíèÿ áóðåíèåì ïîñòóïàåò â ðåäóêöèîííûé è
ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíûé êëàïàí (136) è óïðàâëÿþùèé êëàïàí (137) ñòàáèëèçàòîðà.
Óïðàâëÿþùèé êëàïàí (137) ñòàáèëèçàòîðà àêòèâèðóåòñÿ ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè ôóíêöèè
îñëàáëåíèÿ ðåçüáîâûõ ñîåäèíåíèé (ðû÷àã óïðàâëåíèÿ óäàðîì â ïåðåäíåì ïîëîæåíèè).
 äàííîì ñëó÷àå óïðàâëÿþùåå äàâëåíèå â ñòàáèëèçàòîðå îòñóòñòâóåò, è ðàáî÷àÿ
æèäêîñòü èç ñòàáèëèçàòîðà ïîñòóïàåò â ãèäðîáàê (110) ÷åðåç êîëëåêòîð (115),
îõëàäèòåëü (114) è ñëèâíîé ôèëüòð (113).

7.5.1. Çàáóðèâàíèå
Çàáóðèâàíèå ‐ ýòî êîìáèíàöèÿ âðàùåíèÿ, ïîäà÷è è óäàðà. Âñå ýòè îïåðàöèè îïèñàíû â
ãëàâå “Âðàùåíèå, ïîäà÷à è óäàð“.
Ïðè ïîìîùè ñèñòåìû ÒÃÑ 560 çàáóðèâàíèå ìîæåò ïðîèçâîäèòüñÿ àêêóðàòíî è ïëàâíî,
èñïîëüçóÿ áåñøàãîâûå ðåãóëèðîâêè ñêîðîñòè ïîäà÷è è âðàùåíèÿ, à òàêæå äàâëåíèÿ
ïîäà÷è. Ïðè çàáóðèâàíèè ïîäà÷à è óäàð ñîåäèíåíû ïàðàëëåëüíî.
Ðû÷àã óïðàâëåíèÿ êëàïàíîì íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷åé (31) èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ
âûáîðà ðåæèìîâ çàáóðèâàíèÿ è áóðåíèÿ â ðåæèìå ïîëíîé ìîùíîñòè. Ïðè ïîìîùè ýòîãî
ðû÷àãà ìîæíî óñòàíîâèòü äâà ðåæèìà ðàáîòû: áóðåíèå â ïîëîâèíó ìîùíîñòè è íà
ïîëíóþ ìîùíîñòü. Ïðè äâèæåíèè ðû÷àãà îáà ðåæèìà ðàçäåëÿþòñÿ îò÷åòëèâîé
ñòóïåíüþ. Áóðåíèå íà ïîëíóþ ìîùíîñòü íà÷èíàåòñÿ ïîñëå ïåðåâîäà ðû÷àãà ÷åðåç ýòó
ñòóïåíü.
Áóðåíèå íà÷èíàåòñÿ ñ ôèêñàöèè ðû÷àãîâ êëàïàíîâ íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ âðàùåíèåì
(58) è óäàðîì (14) â çàäíåå ïîëîæåíèå. Êîãäà ðû÷àã êëàïàíà íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ
ïîäà÷åé (31) óñòàíîâëåí â çàäíåå ïîëîæåíèå, ïåðôîðàòîð äâèæåòñÿ ñ æåëàåìîé
ñêîðîñòüþ äî òåõ ïîð, ïîêà áóðîâàÿ êîðîíêà íå âîéäåò â ïîðîäó íà äîñòàòî÷íóþ
ãëóáèíó. Áóðåíèå íà ïîëíóþ ìîùíîñòü íà÷èíàåòñÿ ïîñëå ôèêñàöèè ðû÷àãà êëàïàíà
íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷åé (31) â çàäíåì ïîëîæåíèè.
Çàáóðèâàíèå ìîæåò òàêæå ïðîèçâîäèòüñÿ ïóòåì ïîëíîãî îòêðûòèÿ êëàïàíà
ðåãóëèðîâêè äàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷è (20) ïðîòèâ ÷àñîâîé ñòðåëêè è ôèêñàöèè âñåõ òðåõ
ðû÷àãîâ óïðàâëåíèÿ (âðàùåíèåì, óäàðîì è ïîäà÷åé) â çàäíåì ïîëîæåíèè. Ñíà÷àëà
áóðåíèå íà÷èíàåòñÿ â ïîëîâèíó ìîùíîñòè è ïðîäîëæàåòñÿ òàêèì îáðàçîì, ïîêà
ïàðàìåòðû áóðåíèÿ íå áóäóò ïðèâåäåíû â ñîîòâåòñòâèå ñ ðåæèìîì áóðåíèÿ íà ïîëíóþ
ìîùíîñòü ïóòåì ïîâîðîòà êëàïàíà ðåãóëèðîâêè äàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷è (20). Ïðè
èñïîëüçîâàíèè ýòîãî ìåòîäà óäàð è ïîäà÷à òàêæå â òå÷åíèå âñåãî âðåìåíè ñîåäèíåíû
äðóã ñ äðóãîì ïîñëåäîâàòåëüíî.
Ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè ïåðôîðàòîðà ñî ñòàáèëèçàòîðîì ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ÷åðåç
ïàòðóáîê (Ð1) áëîêà óïðàâëåíèÿ áóðåíèåì ïîñòóïàåò òàêæå â ðåäóêöèîííûé è
ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíûé êëàïàí (136) è óïðàâëÿþùèé êëàïàí (137) ñòàáèëèçàòîðà.
Óïðàâëÿþùèé êëàïàí (137) ñòàáèëèçàòîðà íå àêòèâèðóåòñÿ âî âðåìÿ çàáóðèâàíèÿ,
áóðåíèÿ, äåéñòâèÿ àâòîìàòèêè ïðîòèâîçàêëèíèâàíèÿ, àâòîìàòèêè âîçâðàòà èëè
ââèí÷èâàíèÿ / âûâèí÷èâàíèÿ øòàíã.  äàííîì ñëó÷àå ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ÷åðåç
óïðàâëÿþùèé êëàïàí (137) ïîñòóïàåò íà ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëü äàâëåíèÿ (138) è ñòàáèëèçàòîð
ïåðôîðàòîðà.

Ïðèíöèï ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèÿ àâòîìàòèêè âîçâðàòà, óïðàâëÿåìîé âûêëþ÷àòåëÿìè
ïðèáëèæåíèÿ ñõîæ ñ ïðèíöèïîì ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèÿ àâòîìàòèêè âîçâðàòà,
óïðàâëÿåìîé èìïóëüñíûìè öèëèíäðàìè. Ãëàâíûå îòëè÷èÿ:
‐ èìïóëüñíûå öèëèíäðû çàìåíåíû íà âûêëþ÷àòåëè ïðèáëèæåíèÿ
‐ áëîê óïðàâëåíèÿ àâòîìàòèêîé âîçâðàòà óäàëåí èç ñèñòåìû óïðàâëåíèÿ
‐ ãëàâíûå ôóíêöèè (óäàð, âðàùåíèå, ïîäà÷à) óïðàâëÿþòñÿ íàïðÿìóþ
âûêëþ÷àòåëÿìè ïðèáëèæåíèÿ
Ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèå
Êîãäà ïåðôîðàòîð äîñòèãàåò âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ ïðèáëèæåíèÿ S80 ïåðåäíåãî ïðåäåëà,
êëàïàíû óïðàâëåíèÿ óäàðîì è ïîäà÷åé (14) è (31) óñòàíàâëèâàþòñÿ â ñðåäíåå
ïîëîæåíèå (êëàïàí íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ âðàùåíèåì (58) îñòàåòñÿ âêëþ÷åííûì).
Âñëåäñòâèå ýòîãî óïðàâëÿþùåå äàâëåíèå â óêàçàííûõ óïðàâëÿþùèõ ëèíèÿõ ïàäàåò, à
ñåëåêòîðíûé êëàïàí óäàðà (4) ìåíÿåò ñâîå ïîëîæåíèå, çàêðûâàÿ òàêèì îáðàçîì
ãëàâíûé êëàïàí óïðàâëåíèÿ óäàðîì (3).
Óïðàâëÿþùåå äàâëåíèå òàêæå ïàäàåò â êëàïàíå óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîòîêîì âîäû (100) è
êëàïàíå óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîòîêîì âîçäóõà (101), è ïðîìûâêà âîçäóøíî‐âîäÿíîé ñìåñüþ
îòêëþ÷àåòñÿ. Âûêëþ÷àòåëü ïðèáëèæåíèÿ S80 ïåðåäíåãî ïðåäåëà àêòèâèçèðóåò
êàòóøêó Y47 ñåëåêòîðíîãî êëàïàíà àâòîìàòèêè âîçâðàòà (39), âñëåäñòâèå ÷åãî
äàâëåíèå íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ, êîòîðîå ðåãóëèðóåòñÿ êëàïàíîì ðåãóëèðîâêè
äàâëåíèÿ íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ (43), äîñòèãàåò óïðàâëÿþùåé ëèíèè (ñ)
ðàñïðåäåëèòåëÿ ïîäà÷è (23) ÷åðåç ñåëåêòîðíûé êëàïàí àâòîìàòèêè âîçâðàòà (39) è
êëàïàí “ÈËÈ” (38). Îäíîâðåìåííî äàâëåíèå óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîñëå êëàïàíà (39) äîñòèãàåò
êëàïàíà “ÈËÈ” (134) è êëàïàíà óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîòîêîì âîçäóõà (101). Â ýòîé ñèòóàöèè
ðàñïðåäåëèòåëü ïîäà÷è (23) íåìåäëåííî ìåíÿåò ñâîå ïîëîæåíèå, âêëþ÷àÿ òåì ñàìûì
ñêîðîñòíóþ ïîäà÷ó è ïðîäóâêó âîçäóõîì.
Äàâëåíèå ïîäà÷è òàêæå äîñòèãàåò íàãðóçî÷íî‐êîíòðîëüíîé ëèíèè ðåãóëèðóåìîãî
íàñîñà (1) ÷åðåç êëàïàíû “ÈËÈ” (26), (42) è (10), à òàêæå ïîñëå êëàïàíà “ÈËÈ” (26)
ïîñòóïàåò íà ìàíîìåòð ïîäà÷è (21). Ñêîðîñòíàÿ ïîäà÷à íàçàä âêëþ÷åíà äî òåõ ïîð,
ïîêà âûêëþ÷àòåëü ïðèáëèæåíèÿ S81 çàäíåãî ïðåäåëà âêëþ÷åí.  òî æå âðåìÿ êëàïàí
íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ âðàùåíèåì (58) óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ â ñðåäíåå ïîëîæåíèå,
âðàùåíèå âûêëþ÷àåòñÿ. Ñêîðîñòíàÿ ïîäà÷à íàçàä òàêæå âûêëþ÷àåòñÿ.
Ñëèâíàÿ æèäêîñòü èç ãèäðîìîòîðà (54) ïåðôîðàòîðà ïðîõîäèò ÷åðåç ðàñïðåäåëèòåëü
âðàùåíèÿ (53), êîëëåêòîð (115), îõëàäèòåëü (114) è ñëèâíîé ôèëüòð (113) â ãèäðîáàê
(110).
Ñëèâíàÿ æèäêîñòü èç öèëèíäðà ïîäàò÷èêà (28) ïðîõîäèò ÷åðåç ðàñïðåäåëèòåëü ïîäà÷è
(23), êîëëåêòîð (115), îõëàäèòåëü (114) è ñëèâíîé ôèëüòð (113) â ãèäðîáàê (110).
Óòå÷êà ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè èç êëàïàíîâ íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ (14), (31) è (58)
íàïðàâëÿåòñÿ â ãèäðîáàê (110).

8. ÎÑÎÁÛÅ ÔÓÍÊÖÈÈ
8.1. Ââèí÷èâàíèå / âûâèí÷èâàíèå øòàíã
Ïîä ââèí÷èâàíèåì / âûâèí÷èâàíèåì èìååòñÿ â âèäó äåéñòâèå, ïðè êîòîðîì áóðîâàÿ
øòàíãà ââèí÷èâàåòñÿ èëè âûâèí÷èâàåòñÿ â/èç õâîñòîâèêà ïåðôîðàòîðà. Ýòî äåéñòâèå
ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ïðè ïîìîùè ðû÷àãîâ óïðàâëåíèÿ êëàïàíîì íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ
âðàùåíèåì (58) è êëàïàíîì íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷åé (31).
Ïðè ýòîì ñèñòåìà ôóíêöèîíèðóåò ñëåäóþùèì îáðàçîì:
Âðàùåíèå âêëþ÷àåòñÿ ïåðåâîäîì ðû÷àãà óïðàâëåíèÿ êëàïàíîì íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ
âðàùåíèåì (58) â çàäíåå ïîëîæåíèå (ïî íåîáõîäèìîñòè ñêîðîñòü âðàùåíèÿ ìîæåò áûòü
îòðåãóëèðîâàíà ïðè ïîìîùè êëàïàíà ðåãóëèðîâêè ñêîðîñòè âðàùåíèÿ (59)). Ïåðåâåñòè
ðû÷àã óïðàâëåíèÿ êëàïàíîì íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷åé (31) â çàäíåå ïîëîæåíèå
äëÿ ïîäà÷è ïåðôîðàòîðà âïåðåä ñî ñêîðîñòüþ, ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåé øàãó ðåçüáû.
Íåîáõîäèìî ïîääåðæèâàòü ñêîðîñòü ïîäà÷è ïîñòîÿííîé ïðè âûïîëíåíèè îïåðàöèè ïî
ââèí÷èâàíèþ / âûâèí÷èâàíèþ. Äàâëåíèå ïîäà÷è ìîæåò áûòü îòðåãóëèðîâàíî íà
ïîäõîäÿùèé óðîâåíü êëàïàíîì ðåãóëèðîâêè äàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷è (20) (îáû÷íîå äàâëåíèå
ïîäà÷è áóðåíèÿ ìîæåò áûòü èñïîëüçîâàíî â êà÷åñòâå áàçîâîé óñòàâêè).
Ôóíêöèè ãèäðàâëèêè âðàùåíèÿ è ïîäà÷è ðàññìîòðåíû â ðàçäåëå “Âðàùåíèå, ïîäà÷à è
óäàð”.
Ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè ïåðôîðàòîðà ñî ñòàáèëèçàòîðîì ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ÷åðåç
ïàòðóáîê (Ð1) áëîêà óïðàâëåíèÿ áóðåíèåì ïîñòóïàåò â ðåäóêöèîííûé è
ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíûé êëàïàí (136) è óïðàâëÿþùèé êëàïàí (137) ñòàáèëèçàòîðà.
Óïðàâëÿþùèé êëàïàí (137) ñòàáèëèçàòîðà íå àêòèâèðóåòñÿ âî âðåìÿ çàáóðèâàíèÿ,
áóðåíèÿ, äåéñòâèÿ àâòîìàòèêè ïðîòèâîçàêëèíèâàíèÿ, àâòîìàòèêè âîçâðàòà èëè
ââèí÷èâàíèÿ / âûâèí÷èâàíèÿ øòàíã.  äàííîì ñëó÷àå ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü ÷åðåç
óïðàâëÿþùèé êëàïàí (137) ïîñòóïàåò íà ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëü äàâëåíèÿ (138) è ñòàáèëèçàòîð
ïåðôîðàòîðà.
Âî âðåìÿ ââèí÷èâàíèÿ/âûâèí÷èâàíèÿ äàâëåíèå âðàùåíèÿ äîëæíî
óäåðæèâàòüñÿ íèæå äàâëåíèÿ àêòèâèðîâàíèÿ ïðîòèâîçàêëèíèâàíèÿ. Ïðè
ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ ïîâûøåíèè äàâëåíèÿ äî äàííîãî çíà÷åíèÿ, íàïðàâëåíèå ïîäà÷è ìåíÿåòñÿ
íà îáðàòíîå.

Äàâëåíèå íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ðåãóëèðóåòñÿ ïðè ïîìîùè êëàïàíà ðåãóëèðîâêè
äàâëåíèÿ íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ (43). Ïîðÿäîê ðåãóëèðîâêè:
1. Îñëàáèòü ñòîïîðíóþ ãàéêó ðåãóëèðîâî÷íîãî âèíòà êëàïàíà ðåãóëèðîâêè
äàâëåíèÿ íåïðÿìîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ (43).
2. Ïî÷òè ïîëíîñòüþ îòêðûòü ðåãóëèðîâî÷íûé âèíò êëàïàíà (43) (ïðîòèâ ÷àñîâîé
ñòðåëêè).
3. Ïîäêëþ÷èòü ìàíîìåòð ê èçìåðèòåëüíîé òî÷êå (Ì8) áëîêà óïðàâëåíèÿ ïîäà÷åé
è óäàðîì.
4. Âêëþ÷èòü ìàñëîñòàíöèþ.

Линия управления
Углом наклонного диска управляет блок управления на насосе. Насос оснащен отдельными
регулятором давления и регулятором потока.
Давление системы воздействует на линию В1 блока управления. Через отверстия штоков
блока управления давление направляется в левый конец штоков управления.
Линия А ведет к управляющему поршню, регулирующему угол наклонного диска.
Линия Т ведет к корпусу насоса. Она связана через дренажную линию с баком.
При возрастании давления в линии В1, шток Р блока управления перемещается вправо против
пружины. При достижении установленного максимального давления открывается соединение
из В1 в А, и масло поступает на управляющий поршень, который уменьшает угол наклонного
диска.
Регулировочный винт С используется для регулировки максимального давления системы.
Давление должно быть примерно на 20 бар ниже, чем давление открытия главного
предохранительного клапана.
Путем регулировки LS-давлений каждой системы можно регулировать несколько систем (X1,
X2 и т.д.) одновременно.
Холостой режим означает такой режим работы, при котором никакие исполнительные
механизмы не работают, в нагрузочно-контрольной линии Х нет давления, т.к. она
подсоединена к баку посредством распределителя. Давление системы из В1 прижимает
шток F регулятора потока вправо против пружины. Открывается соединение из В1 в А, и насос
регулируется на нулевую производительность и низкое давление.
Давление холостого режима системы регулируется винтом D. Желаемое значение
необходимо регулировать в соответствии с инструкциями по регулировке насоса (в
зависимости от системы).

that the entire drive train is protected against unintentional engagement. You can

• All operations on and with the coupling have to be performed taking into account "safety first".
• Please make sure to disengage the power pack before you perform your work.
• Protect the power pack against unintentional engagement, e. g. by providing hints at the place of
engagement or removing the fuse for current supply.
• Do not touch the operation area of the coupling as long as it is in operation.
• Please protect the coupling against unintentional touch. Please provide for the necessary protection
devices and caps.

Unauthorized modifications on the coupling design are not admissible. We do not take any warranty for
resulting damages. To further develop the product we reserve the right for technical modifications.
The ROTEX® GS described in here corresponds to the technical status at the time of printing of these
mounting instructions.
The design of the ROTEX® GS simplifies assembly axially with the plug feature after the assembly of the hubs on
the shafts. The plug in design eliminates the need for the assembly openings in the housing that are necessary to
tighten screws for many other types of couplings.
The teeth of the elastomer spider includes small buttons which are used to establish the correct hub spacing
which makes assembly easier and prevents positioning the hubs too tight together. All teeth are beveled on the
face to assist blind assembly. When pushing the coupling hubs together with the ROTEX® GS spider there is an
axial assembly force required as a result of the elastic pre-stress of the star-shaped elastomer spider. This
assembly force varies depending on the coupling size, the spider hardness and the manufacture tolerances. This
axial coupling force is balanced after pushing the hubs together and does not increase the axial load on the
adjacent bearings.
The assembly force can be reduced by a slight spraying of the elastomer with oil (e. g. Castrol 4 in 1).
DANGER !
STOP The max. permitted bore diameters d1max. and d2max. (see
ROTEX® GS catalogue) must not be exceeded. In case of
non-observance of these values, the coupling can crack.
Danger to life due to broken pieces flying around.
Axial alignment
CAUTION !
Please observe the dimension E (table 3) during the assembly, so that the spider is axially
! movable in the insert.
In case of non-observance, the coupling can be damaged.
Displacements
The values of displacement indicated in table 3 offer safety in order to compensate external influences like
e. g. thermal expansions or foundation sinkings.
CAUTION !
In order to ensure a long life of the coupling, the shaft ends have to be exactly aligned.
! Please absolutely observe the indicated values of displacement (see table 3). If you exceed
the values, the coupling will be damaged.
Please note:
• The values of displacement indicated in table 3 are max. values which must not occur simultaneously. If the
radial and the angular displacement occur simultaneously, the permitted values of displacement must only be
used proportionally.
• Please control with a metering clockwork, a ruler or a feeler gauge it the permitted values of displacement
indicated in table 3 are observed.

ATTENTION !
We recommend you to check the bores, shaft, keyway and feather key regarding their
dimensional accuracy before the assembly.
Before starting the assembly, the set bores must be delivered from means of preservation. The shaft ends have to
be cleaned, too.
CAUTION !
Please observe the manufacturer´s instructions concerning the use of cleaning materials.
!
The axial safety must be effected by a set screw DIN 916 with cup point or end plate. Please see table 3
concerning tightening torques for set screws.
By a slight warming-up of the hubs (approx. 80 °C), an easier push onto the shaft is possible.
DANGER !
STOP If you touch the warmed-up hub, you will get burns.
Please wear protective gaunts.
The power transmission of the ROTEX® GS clamping hubs is effected frictionally engaged (design 2.0 and 2.5). In
design 2.1 and 2.6 there is additionally a positive transmission by a feather key.

The friction of the hub-shaft affects the torque transmission capacity of the ROTEX® GS clamping ring hub. The
clamping ring’s internal taper and the taper of the hub that shrinks the hub onto the shaft creates the surface
pressure necessary to carry the load. The torques indicated in table 2 assumes that the hub tolerance is DIN
H7/k6 and the shaft fit of Ø55 G7/m6. In case of looser tolerances the torques in table 2 are reduced.
The shafts (especially hollow shafts) must be selected for strength and size with sufficient safety to prevent plastic
deformation. This can be roughly checked with the following criterion.
The necessary strength is not assured if the bore of the hollow shaft is larger than the calculated max. inside bore
or if the tangential tension / clamping exceeds the yield point of the material.
For detailed calculation please contact the KTR Engineering Department.
CAUTION !
Do not use oil and grease with molybdenum disulphide
! or other high pressure additions as well as sliding
grease pastes.
• Release the clamping screw slightly and pull off the clamping ring slightly
from the hub, so that the clamping ring is released.
• Push the clamping ring hub onto the shaft.
• Tighten the clamping screws evenly and crosswise step by step until
reaching the final tightening torque indicated in table 2. You have to repeat picture 8: assembly
this until all clamping screws show this tightening torque. Also in the clamping ring hub with clamping ring
intermediate steps you have to repeat this process until reaching the
tightening torque with all clamping screws.
Disassembly:
Release the clamping screws evenly one after the other. Every screw must be
released only a half rotation each revolution. Unscrew all clamping screws 3 -
4 threads.
Elimiate the screw next to the threads for pull-off screws and screw them into
the planned threads for pull-off screws.
You can release the clamping ring by an even and crosswise tightening of the
screws in the threads for pull-off screws. Tighten the screws step by step.
CAUTION !
In case of non-observance of these advices, the function of
! the coupling can be influenced.
