children, people, police, teeth, feet, mice.
series, species, works.
THE:

122
Н апример: Would you like а сир
o f tea? Не sent те a yeryJMME emoticon.
I like the way you have
done this. Write your name in the space at the bottom o f the page.
либо с артиклем THE:
Sm all children enjoy listening to jstories before
falling asleep. I dislike _people who never say thank you.
The people who live next door are
really nice. The guests at your party were extremely noisy.
Н апример: _М опеу can’t buy you
happiness. Wash your hands with _soap and _water. Bitter
strong coffee is a very common drink.
Н апример: The laughter o f ту children
is music to m y ears. I was kept awake by the noise o f the traffic.

Buying an iPhone is an expensive decision.
Happiness is not an inevitable result o f having _money.
I can’t express the happiness that I fe lt when my son was born.
_ Children need plenty o f exercise and afresh air.
•/ H E употребляйте артикль A /A N перед неисчисляемы м сущ е
W hat _nice weather we are having today!
Have you heard the news?
•S H E употребляйте артикль A /A N перед сущ ествительны м во
Rangers have to protect _wild animals from _poachers.
She paid a hundred dollars fo r a pair o f _shoes.
Why are you talking in a whisper?
Try to go out fo r a walk at least once a day.
