Цикл 7 «У тебя есть пример для подражания?

По УМК В.П. Кузовлева « Английский язык» для 7класса.

Урок 4 « Who do you admire in your country?»
Цель урока: создать условия для общения учащихся по прочитанному тексту
о М.В.Ломоносове - великом русском ученом и поэте, патриоте, глубоко
любившем своё Отечество и учить рассказывать о М.В.Ломоносове
зарубежному сверстнику.
Задачи урока:
1. познакомить учащихся с биографией и деятельностью
М.В.Ломоносова - великого русского ученого и поэта 18 столетия.

2. развивать навыки воспроизведения и использования


придаточных определительных предложений с союзным словом whose и
who; навыки логического изложения своих мыслей и формулирования
вывода на основе прочитанного текста о М.В.Ломоносове, развитие
навыков непроизвольного запоминания путем выполнения различных
заданий к тексту о М.В.Ломоносове ;

3.помочь учащимся осознать гордость за российского ученого


М.В.Ломоносова и его великие открытия.

- карточки с заданиями к тексту о М.В.Ломоносове

Ход урока

I. Приветствие. Организационный момент. Введение учащихся в тему


урока

Teacher: Good morning, boys and girls! Glad to see you. I hope you are fine today
and ready to work hard at our lesson. Take your seats. We can start now.
Today we shall continue to speak about famous people and why we are proud of
them.
II. Фонетическая зарядка. Отработка произношения фамилий иностранных
знаменитостей. Учащиеся смотрят компьютерную презентацию «
Знаменитые люди Британии», читают имена британских знаменитостей,
написанных на доске, за учителем.
Teacher: Look at the board, please. Do you recognize any people on the photos?
Students : Yes, we do.
Teacher: Let’s pronounce their names nicely. Repeat after me:
Robert Berns
Walter Scott
William Shakespeare
Charles Dickens
Jack London
Florence Nightingale
Horatio Nelson
III. Развитие навыков построения придаточных определительных
предложений с союзным словом whose или who.
а)Teacher: Well, explain why people admire these people using who and whose.
Пример: We admire Horatio Nelson because he was a great person who won
the battle of Trafalgar.( учащиеся составляют придаточные определительные
предложения с союзным словом whose или who на основе уже знакомого
текста на стр.148 учебника)

б) проверка домашнего задания: упражнение 4 стр. 156-157 учебник


«Английский язык» для 7 класса, В.П.Кузовлев. В упражнении сталкиваются
два придаточных определительных предложения — с союзным словом who
и с союзным словом whose. На доске- подстановочный квиз: имена
известных русских людей – профессии и предложение, отвечающее на
вопрос – чем они знамениты. Учащиеся трансформируют два предложения в
одно, используя who и whose). Учащиеся подходят по очереди к доске,
соединяя имя, профессию и предложение. Получившиеся предложения
озвучивают
Teacher:Look at the board, come here, match the names of famous people and
sentences answering the question -what are these people famous for?.

Student 1: We are proud of Pavel Stepanovich Nakhimov because he was a


Russian admiral who won the battle of Sinop in 1802 – 1855.
Student 2: We are proud of Vasily Surikov because he is a well – known Russian
painter whose pictures show life in old Russia и т.д.
IV. Основной этап урока
Teacher: Well done! You are very broadminded students. There are famous
people, who came down in history as the first or the only persons. Today we’ll
continue to speak about famous Russian people. Do you know whose
anniversary shall we celebrate soon?
Students: Yes, we do. Mikhail Lomonosov’s birthday.
Teacher: What do you know about him? What was he?
Student 1: He was a scientist.
Student 2: He was a poet.
Student 3: He was the founder of the first Russian University.
Teacher: Today you’ll learn about the father of the Russian science, an
outstanding poet, the founder of Russian literature, the great son of Russia. We are
going to read a text and to learn to tell about him.
а) Фонетическая отработка лексических единиц к тексту о М.В.Ломоносове
Teacher: So, let’s start with revising our useful vocabulary. It helps you to
understand the text. Look at the board, please and repeat the words. (Учащиеся
читают слова за учителем)

native village – родная деревня,
go on foot идти пешком,

б) Развитие навыков чтения вслух для совершенствования техники


чтения, произносительной стороны речи и понимания основного
содержания текста о Ломоносове.
Teacher: Let’s begin reading the text.

Mikhail Lomonosov - the father of the Russian science

Mikhail Lomonosov is the father of the Russian science, an outstanding poet,


the founder of Russian literature.
He was born in 1711 not far from Kholmogori in the Far North ( Arkhangelsk
province). He began his working life when he was still a boy. The son of a
fisherman Misha often went with his father to the White sea and to the Arctic
ocean. He learnt much about nature and about the life of his country. At the early
age he was eager to learn and read every book he could find. Soon Misha knew by
heart a few books that he had found. At the age of 19 the young man left his
native village, and went on foot to Moscow where he manage to enter the
Slavonic-Greek-Latin Academy. His first year of study was difficult, but Mikhail
worked hard and made great progress. His teachers saw how clever and
industrious he was and 5 years later he was sent to Germany to study chemistry
and metallurgy.
M. Lomonosov founded the first chemical laboratory in 1748. His discoveries
enriched many branches of knowledge. He was a great physicist, chemist and
astronomer.
He made a telescope and observed lot of stars and planets with his telescope.
Besides he wrote poetry (verses) that had a great effect of the development of
Russian literary language. The first Russian grammar was written by him as well.
Lomonosov built a factory near Petersburg. It was the factory where the glass was
produced. He made a portrait of Peter the First of pieces of glass.
Lomonosov is the founder of the first Russian University. This University was
named after Lomonosov and it is situated in Moscow (now Moscow M.V.
Lomonosov State University).
Mikhail Lomonosov died in 1765. But people know and remember him. He was a
great patriot deeply loving his Motherland .

в) Развитие навыков чтения с извлечением детальной информации.


Выполнение предтекстовых заданий – найти в тексте и прочитать
предложения, описывающие картинки презентации ( дом, где жил М.
Ломоносов, его первая химическая лаборатория, созданный им телескоп, его
стихи на русском и английском языках, картины из кусочков стекла, фото
первого университета 18- го века и современное его здание)
Teacher:

г) Развитие навыков чтения с извлечением детальной информации и


выполнения задания в форме ГИА. Чтение текста с извлечением нужной
информации –определение, какие из приведенных утверждений А1-А5
соответствуют содержанию текста (1- True), какие не соответствуют ( 2 –
False) и о чём в тексте не сказано, то есть на основании текста нельзя дать ни
положительного, ни отрицательного ответа ( Not stated)

взаимопроверку и выставляют друг другу оценки) Have you got any

е) Учить доказывать правильность своего ответа, пользуясь фразами
текста.

ж) Развитие умений устанавливать логическую последовательность
основных фактов текста о Ломоносове.
Teacher: Good of you. Now let’s see how well you can remember the facts.. I give
you sheets of paper with some ideas from the text. I want you to put the sentences
of this text into the correct order. You have 5 minutes to get ready. (Учащиеся
расставляют предложения в нужном порядке, по истечении времени
прочитывают свои монологические высказывания)

Teacher: I see you understood the text well. Let’s play a game « TV –bridge»
between British and Russian teens. What is interesting for British students to

V. Заключительный этап. Учить подводить итог урока. Выставление и


комментирование оценок.

VI.Сообщение и разъяснение учащимся домашнего задания – рассказать


о человеке которым ты можешь восхищаться в нашей стране .
