именуемый в дальнейшем «Работник», с
другой стороны, заключили настоящий
Договор о нижеследующем.
1. Работник принимает на себя полную
материальную ответственность за
недостачу вверенного ему
Работодателем имущества, а также за
ущерб, возникший у Работодателя в
результате возмещения им ущерба
иным лицам, и в связи с изложенным
обязуется:
а) бережно относиться к переданному ему
для осуществления возложенных на него
функций имуществу Работодателя и
принимать меры к предотвращению
ущерба к оборудованию из
нижеперечисленного списка:
б) своевременно сообщать Работодателю
либо непосредственному руководителю о
всех обстоятельствах, угрожающих
обеспечению сохранности вверенного ему
имущества;
в) обязуется вернуть любой вверенный
ему инвентарь как телефон, компьютер
или любое иное оборудование, в том
числе оборудование перечисленное в
списке данного договора, в состоянии
вверенном сотруднику изначально;
2. Работодатель обязуется:
а) создавать Работнику условия,
необходимые для нормальной работы и
обеспечения полной сохранности
вверенного ему имущества;
б) знакомить Работника с действующим
законодательством о материальной
ответственности работников за ущерб,

referred as the Employee, on the other part,
have entered into this Contract as follows:
1. The employee assumes full financial
responsibility for the shortfall of the
equipment entrusted to him by the
Employer, as well as for the damage
caused to the Employer as a result of
his compensation to other persons, and
in connection with this undertakes:
a) to respect the equipment of the
Employer transferred to it for the
performance of its functions and to
take measures to prevent damage to the
equipment listed below:
b) to inform the Employer or the
immediate supervisor in a timely
manner of all circumstances which
threaten the safety of the equipment
entrusted to him;
c) undertakes to return any inventory
entrusted to it as a telephone, computer
or any other equipment, including the
equipment listed in the list of this
contract, in the state entrusted to the
employee initially.
2. The Employer undertakes to:
a) to provide the Employee with the
conditions necessary for normal work
and full protection of the equipment
entrusted to him;
b) acquaint the Worker with the current
legislation on the material liability of

приема, обработки, продажи (отпуска),
перевозки, применения в процессе
производства и осуществления других
операций с переданным ему имуществом;
в) проводить в установленном порядке
инвентаризацию, ревизии и другие
проверки сохранности и состояния
имущества.
3. Определение размера ущерба,
причиненного Работником
Работодателю, а также ущерба,
возникшего у Работодателя в
результате возмещения им ущерба
иным лицам, и порядок их
возмещения производятся в
соответствии с действующим
законодательством.
4. Работник не несет материальной
ответственности, если ущерб
причинен не по его вине.
5. Настоящий Договор вступает в силу с
момента его подписания. Действие
настоящего Договора
распространяется на все время работы
с вверенным Работнику имуществом
Работодателя.
6. Настоящий Договор составлен в двух
имеющих одинаковую юридическую
силу экземплярах, из которых один
находится у Работодателя, а второй –
у Работника.
7. Изменение условий настоящего
Договора, дополнение, расторжение
или прекращение его действия
осуществляются по письменному
соглашению сторон, являющемуся
неотъемлемой частью настоящего
Договора.

transportation, use in the production
process and other operations with the
transferred equipment;
c) to carry out, in due course, physical
inventory, audits and other inspections
of the security and condition of the
equipment.
3. The amount of damage caused by the
Employee to the Employer, as well as
the damage suffered by the Employer
as a result of the Employer’s
compensation to other persons shall be
determined and the procedure for their
compensation shall be carried out in
accordance with the legislation in
force.
4. The employee shall not be liable if the
damage is not due to his fault.
5. This Contract shall enter into force
upon its signature. This Contract shall
apply to all work with the equipment
of the Employer entrusted to the
Employee.
6. This Contract is drawn up in two
equally valid copies, of which one is
with the Employer and the other is
with the Employee.
7. Modification, supplementation,
termination or termination of the terms
of this Contract shall be effected by
written agreement of the Parties
forming an integral part of this
Contract.
