Zero Conditionals (general truth) – условные предложения данного типа всегда являются

100% истиной, они часто описывают законы природы, общеизвестные
истины/факты.. The Zero Conditional используется для описания законов природы,
общеизвестных истин, а также вещей, основанных на научных фактах.

Примеры:If temperature is zero, water freezes. – Если температура равна нулю, вода
замерзает. (100% истина)
If you heat water, it boils. – Если вы нагреете воду, она закипит. (100% истина)
Примеры условных предложений нулевого типа:

● Если я ем меньше, я чувствую себя лучше.

Перевод: If I eat less, I feel better.

● Если история интересная, я читаю ее своим детям.

Перевод: If a story is interesting, I read it to my children.
 
 
First Conditionals (real possibility) – условные предложения I типа выражают реальные,
возможные ситуации в настоящем или будущем. Вероятность, что действие произойдет,
очень велика.

Примеры:If it rains, I will not go to the park. – Если пойдет дождь, я не пойду в парк. (я не знаю,

пойдет дождь или не пойдет)
If I see Mary, I will tell her. – Если я увижу Мери, я скажу ей. (я могу ее увидеть, а могу и не
увидеть)
Примеры условных предложений первого типа:

● Если я буду есть меньше, я буду чувствовать себя лучше.

Перевод: If I eat less, I will feel better.

● Если история будет интересная, я прочитаю ее своим детям.
